Beautiful beach front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, family friendly. Great views of the ocean, pool, Old Town, sea life and beautiful sunsets.

The resort is secure with a guard on duty at all times, kids playground, fitness facility, restaurant, picnic table and BBQ grill available . Great access to pampering at the spa next door. The Hut Bar and Grill, and Chongos is located just outside the gates owned by Roger Cline and the Peacemakers for great music and happy hour. Rental equipment is available in the resort office. Dolphins swim by on a regular basis, great tide pools for you to explore, walks on the beach are perfect. It is a quiet, family friendly beach and resort. Located on the 4th floor close to the elevator.

Beautifully decorated with a TV in the master bedrooms and the living room, spacious patio with comfortable patio furniture for dining and relaxing. Leather sofa, kitchen is fully equipped, towels are provided.

Very convenient to the downtown area, shopping, restaurants, great new movie theater in English with Spanish subtitles reasonably priced. Catamaran, banana boats, jet skis and horseback riding, massage on the beach by Yolanda are available.

Wireless internet and wifi are available in the condo and in the resort computer room. Please be aware that it sometimes is not available.

Relaxing vacation

We had a great time in Rocky Point! The condo was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our mini vacation. The ocean view was amazing and the outdoor patio was perfect for coffee in the mornings! Truly enjoyed our stay!

Great Condo at Sonoran Sea

This condo was clean and nice. No issues with anything and the owner was extremely responsive prior to the stay. Would definitely stay here again if we are in need of a 2 bedroom next year. Being in the East building on the 4th floor was person for patio views and high enough up from the ground floor.

We had an amazing time here. The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the property and the beach. It was quiet and literally steps from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Our host was great! Very responsive when we had a question about the apps we could use on the Roku smart tv. If anyone else wants to download streaming apps I’d suggest bringing your own fire stick if possible. The guest mode the TVs are in don’t allow any apps to be downloaded besides like Netflix and prime. Other than that our stay was great. We are regulars to the Sonoran Sea and would definitely stay in this condo again.

Melinda was amazing, great communication. The place was beautiful and so clean, which I really appreciate that. My kids and my parents loved it all. So much peace and quiet the whole time. Definitely will be staying here again.

Fabulous family vacation

This condo is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked for food preparation! The set up is perfect for grandma and grandpa, mom and dad, and the kids! Melinda is extremely helpful! We definitely want to stay again!

Our family purchased our condo a few years ago. We are Arizona natives, one of 8 pioneer families still in the Chandler area. We love coming to Rocky Point to spend family time on the beach and in the city. There is something for the youngest who is 2 to the oldest who is 85! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do;)

Why they chose this property

My parents purchased this property because of the location. Beautiful views, close to the elevator for transporting all of your luggage. It is very open and comfortable and can accommodate a crowd.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite time is in the early morning to walk on the beach and early evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. Our patio is large and great for gathering the family and friends.
