*****POOL GUIDELINES AND RULES During winter months when the swimming pool needs to be heated, the water temperature setting is set at 84°F. Our Jacuzzi amenity is set at 100 degrees. The actual swimming pool water temperature may be or may not be at 84 deg since this largely depends on the air temperature and wind factors which are not within our control. If a cold front approaches and there is a big drop in the temperature, the water temperature will drop also even though our motor is still set to run at 84 deg. Owner or Agent cannot be held accountable for the water temperature. Owner guarantees that the pool heater is set at 84 degrees for the pool and 100 degrees for Jacuzzi. If on the rare occasion that the air temperature drops below 50 degrees, most pool heaters will shut off due to the strain on the motor to keep it from burning out. There is not anything anyone can do to override this safety feature. 

 Our Paradise Villa is so big... It occupies 1.5 lots and has plenty of fenced-in backyard amenities. There are 7 bedrooms at this villa and there are 6 bedrooms that have king-size beds with top of the line memory foam mattresses! The last bedroom is the bunk bed head quarter for kids. No more haggling about who gets the king-size beds.

This mansion will be a dream house for your vacation on the island. Its location is superb since it’s only 3 houses to the beach and has water view from the balconies. There was no expense spared in building and decorating this villa: fully equipped kitchen which has stainless steel appliances throughout, granite counter tops in all bathrooms and kitchen areas, granite tiles on the floor of the entire house, and tropical decor in each room to bring the island theme indoor to ensure a unique relaxing yet festive atmosphere for your vacation. 

The house has flat screen TV’s in every room and the living room comes to life with a 60” flat screen TV which is sure to be enjoyed by all. complimentary WiFi for the entire house. The kitchen is sure to please your large party with ample room for everyone to be seated together during meals. 

We guarantee fridge space for your foods and drinks with 2 large French-style refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, dishes, glasses, utensils, cutlery, cooking and baking ware, and small electrical appliances such as Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and 2 microwaves, and an Air Fryer. There is a 3rd large refrigerator in the garage for your drinks.

 1st floor:

- The game room is on the 1st floor with access to the backyard swimming pool, with a full-size billiard table, full-size sleeping futon, and a 46" TV, 2 bar set (table and chairs)

There are 2 master suites on the 1st floor with king size beds. Both of these rooms have private baths; one with Jacuzzi tub as well as a walk-in shower and the other bathroom with walk-in shower. 

There are 2 other bedrooms on this floor, both have with king-size beds and they share a full-size bathroom which is adjacent to one of the bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms on this floor revolve around the grand and expansive game room with a billiard table/ TV/Futon  to entertain all the game enthusiasts. 





 2nd floor:

- The humongous living room that opens to the dream kitchen is the focal point of this floor with balconies that extend forever to provide you with unparalleled views of the upscale neighborhood from the front or view of the swimming pool from the back of the house. 4 leather sofas , and a huge 65'TV,  Youtube TV available on this living room TV and Streaming ROKU on all of the TV's in the house



- Fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two large size refrigerators(a 3rd fridge in the game room), two dishwashers, two conventional ovens, two microwave ovens. an Air Fryer, Keurig coffee machine and a traditional coffee maker. It is designed to perfectly pamper everyone in your large group.

- Dining room - over-sized dining set which seats 12 and a breakfast bar and huge island with additional 12 more seats



- 2 king-size bedrooms and a kid’s room. One of these rooms is the Master suite with a Futon, an oversized Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in-shower in the bathroom. These bedrooms have private entrances to the balconies.  

-Bunk bedroom-  the kids will have a blast with their own slumber party in this room with  6 Full size bunk beds, 50" flat screen TV, private entrance to the balcony. The shared bathroom is located between this bedroom and the other bedroom. 

All beds are furnished with the top-of-the-line memory foam mattresses and 300 count bed sheets which will be much appreciated after waking up from the best sleep you’ve ever had.
