This new house is located 5 minutes from downtown Souillac with all shops and restaurants.
The Quercyland water park is 10 minutes from the accommodation as well as the banks of the Dordogne where it is pleasant to walk or cycle; ideal for children and the whole family
Souillac is at the crossroads of a region rich in history and prehistory
Unique tourist sites within a radius of thirty km are essential.
Rocamadour, Martel, the castles of the Dordogne, Sarlat and the Périgord.
The sites of Lascaux and others; the abyss of Padirac as well as all the very beautiful villages of Quercy (collonges la rouge, Martel, Gramat etc.)
You will be a stone's throw from Quercyland, the region's water park, and you will not miss bike paths and other hiking trails on the banks of the Dordogne accessible to the whole family.
The region is very touristy because it is very rich in natural sites as well as in history without forgetting of course the gastronomy that you will not soon forget.

Pratique pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la maison spacieuse et restant fraiche malgré les 2 jours de canicule. Les pièces sont grandes meublées comme il faut et la cuisine correctement équipée. Le propriétaire a veillé à nous fournir ce qu’il fallait pour un enfant de 18m (chaise / lit). En revanche, petit souci de communication à la remise des clés et point négatif sur le bruit des voisins mitoyens car la maison est très mal insonorisée. Si vous vous couchez tôt ou que vous êtes sensibles au bruit, ce sera un mauvais choix. Les enfants n’en ont pas souffert néanmoins. Propreté (toiles d’araignée et douche italienne) pouvant être améliorée. Emplacement très pratique et proche des commodites pour découvrir la vallée de la Dordogne ou le Quercy.

Un hébergement pratique et suffisamment confortable pour y passer deux semaines de vacances en famille. Perfectible à plusieurs titres, à commencer par la communication avec l’hôte (complexe car plusieurs interlocuteurs).

Séjour très agréable. Bon accueil.

La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, et fraîche malgré la chaleur. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Accueil chaleureux et bonne communication avec la fille du propriétaire, qui s'est montrée très réactive et à l'écoute. Maison proche du centre ville à pieds, a 30 mn en voiture de Sarlat et a 20 mn de Rocamadour. Je recommande particulièrement la réserve zoologique de calviac, qui a été notre coup de coeur. Loin d'être un zoo, ce parc naturel protége les espèces menacées, toutes les installations sont écologiques et les entrées profitent a l'aménagement des espaces. Séjour vraiment agréable.

Des surprises mais finalement bien

Il s'agit d'une vraie maison avec des vrais chambres, salle de bain, cuisine, salle à manger et salon ce qui est appréciable et plutôt bien placée à Souillac près de la Dordogne. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la salle de bain mais qui ont été réglés par le gérant de la propriété très réactif.

Maison individuelle au centre de Souillac de qualité.

Une maison quasiment neuve, grande, avec des équipements électroménagers également presque neufs ou neufs. Tout est fonctionnel, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
