This ocean front, five bedroom penthouse condominium is a one of a kind on the island. Located on the third and fourth floors, the lower level consists of a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, two master bedrooms each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds (that can be made into a king) plus a half bath. The second level offers two master bedrooms each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped bar and bar lounge with flat screen TV, and a large sundeck complete with comfy lounge furniture and a stainless steel BBQ. With over 4000 square feet of living space and incomparable views of the Caribbean, this luxurious condominium will make your vacation stay truly unforgettable.

Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one and two bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed.
