- covered terrace of 15 m2 closed on 3 sides, facing south / east on the garden side, allowing all meals to be sheltered from the wind, not overlooked, barbecue, blind and deckchairs
- living room of 20 m2, lounge / dining room / kitchen, comfortable convertible, nicely furnished
- quiet room of 10 m2 on the garden side
- bathroom access by terrace
- covered parking
- beautiful enclosed garden which is private to you of 150 m2
- washing machine, multifunction microwave, TV / radio 100cm flat screen on satellite
- very clean and bright.

- Unlimited WiFi internal to the villa

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien situé. Proche de la plage, port et commerces. Au calme. Manque juste la climatisation qui aurait été appréciée avec ces fortes chaleurs.
