Standart entspricht nicht dem Preis, Super Blick , Anfahrt mit normalem PKW voll beladen schlecht möglich (25%Steigung schmaler ausgewaschener Weg), Betten alt durchgelegen und wahrscheinlich von kleinen Tieren bewohnt, Absturzsicherung nicht gegeben da das Holz durchgegammelt war, Heizung sollte extra bezahlt werden das heizen wäre aber sinnlos da alle Fenster und Türen nicht dicht waren und teilweise nicht mal zu verriegeln waren, Fotos von der Küche und dem vorhandenen Grill stimmen nicht übereinder Vermieter hat sich auf unsere Beschwerde bis heute nicht gemeldet und auch die Bearbeitung von Fewo-direkt ist sehr trägeInsgesamt nicht empfehlenswert was Schade ist da das Haus Potenzial hat

Erholsame Tage in der Toskana

Das Haus befindet sich mitten in einem Olivenhain. Von dort hat man einen wunderschönen, weitschweifenden Ausblick. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen. Von der mit Wein überwachsenen Terrasse gelangt man über einen Weg zum Pool, von dem man ebenfalls einen wunderschönen Ausblick hat. Das Haus liegt günstig, um sowohl Lucca als auch Pisa, Livorno, Florenz und die Strände zu besuchen. Die Vermieter sind angenehm im Umgang, unkompliziert zu erreichen und hilfsbereit, insbesondere um am Anfang die örtliche Orientierung (Supermarkt etc.) zu erhalten. Die Kinder haben es genossen, auf dem Grundstück am Hang zu spielen. Es waren wunderschöne Ferien in Italien!

Gemütliches rustikakes Häuschen mit toller Aussicht und Pool

Nachdem man die etwas holprige Anfahrt hinter sich hat erwartet einem ein gemütliches Häuschen mit tollen Pool und fantastischer Ausicht. Das Haus ist einfach aber stilgerecht ausgestattet. Die weinüberdachte Terrasse ist neben dem Pool ein wunderschöner Ort zum verweilen. Der Host ist sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen...man muss die Abgeschiedenheit allerdings mögen und Mückenschutz mitbringen! ;-)

A gem off the beaten track

Our family spent a week in Buti and initially we wondered if we had made a good decision but we left loving it and had a fantastic week. Buti is off the normal tourist track but is within easy access of Lucca and Pisa. The house is beautiful, very spacious with incredible views down over the village. All the rooms are a good size . The pool was as in the photos and very enjoyable to relax on a hot afternoon. Caterina met us in the village and lives just up the road so was always around to assist us when we needed it. The house itself if around 2km from the village up a very winding road. It’s a “interesting” drive and one that that you will get used to after a couple of journeys. All part of the Italian experience!! If you want to unwind in a beautiful setting then this is a great place. We spent most evenings in the village which has some amazing restaurants all serving sensational local dishes. The pick of the bunch is Al Vecchio Molino which is on the outskirts of the village. La Grotto is also very good and ask for a seat in the upstairs garden if you get the chance. Every morning we went down to the local Piazza for a coffee at Cafe Garibaldi. Most evenings we joined the locals for an aperitivo in the square. If you want to experience a real Italian village without hordes of tourists, then this is a great choice. I did a lot of bike riding while there and the ride up to Monte Serra and down to Calci was challenging but incredible also.

La location etait parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos mises en ligne. La maison était parfaitement propre. Tous les éléments mentionnés dans l'annonce étaient présents. L'accueil par la propriétaire était parfait. Une gentillesse sans pareil.
