This well kept duplex offers a large living area/kitchen/dining area/laundry and full bathroom on the first level and 2 bedrooms on the second level. All appliances are newer and everything is in great condition. The cathedral ceilings offer a bright and breezy space with central air. Your sunny, yet shady, patio area comes equipped with a gas BBQ grill as well as privacy barriers. And lastly, the outdoor shower is a lovely way to freshen up after a fun day at the beach. This rental has a minimum stay of 7 days. If you are looking for a full week getaway to the shore with friends and family, then this a perfect place for you!

Very nice owner who I was able to meet after my stay, she has a pleasant and comfortable home worthy of the beach week vacation. Couches are bit worn but still comfortable and fantastic place to stay at the beach. Would stay again.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed out stay. Location of the rental was perfect walking distance from both Ocean and Bay. Nice quiet area. House was comfortable and well kept.

The space was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly with easy access to both the beach and bay front. The host was gracious and accommodating, especially when I explained I was unaware that sheets/towels were not apart of the rental agreement. She quickly provided them; next time we’ll be aware and order the service ahead of time.

Quiet, comfortable and close to the Bay and Beach

A great stay with an easy walk to the beach but the benefit of the bay breeze late in the day. The house was perfect for a family of four and the property owner checked in to make sure we had everything and helped us with a brief Wi-Fi issue.

Perfect spot

Great getaway location. The home was nice and clean. It is within walking distance to the bay and the beach. Quiet neighborhood but plenty of people out and about during the day walking, biking, running or walking their dogs.

Perfect vacation for the family!

This rental was very clean and the perfect location for families with young children! We walked to the playground on the bay every morning, the beach in the afternoon and at night to dinner, ice cream or golf. It's also close enough to Seaside and Point Pleasant to enjoy the boardwalks. It had everything we needed for the kids - outdoor shower, laundry, tv + a crib! Great patio for the adults to bbq and relax after a fun day. The owners were incredibly nice. We can't wait to visit again!
