A separate kitchen with dining area. Room N ° 1 with a 140cm bed. Bedroom N ° 2 with a 90cm double bunk bed, plus a 90cm bed.
A bathroom with sink and shower and a separate toilet.
This rental can be completed with the other 2 parts: (max 17 people)
* Part A) 1 ° floor 60 m² (4 to 6 up to 8 max) * Part B) 1st floor 30 m² (4 persons)

Linen (sheet, towel, tea towel) is not provided (blankets and duvets provided).

Storage cabinets, Gas stove with oven (or small electric oven), refrigerators, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, an iron with board, TV (TNT and free satellite on request) electric barbecue , Beach umbrella.

ATTENTION: Heating or air conditioning (extra) 20 cts euros per KW.
