Our family loved this apartment in Nice! It had everything we needed, and the location was superb – right in the heart of the city, close to the beach and shops. The host was very responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Close to everything - 5 minutes to the beach and Casino - 3 minutes to the store. Spacious with everything you need. Once we figured out the blackout shutters we slept great
Great location, large apartment, elevator, secure building. Many shops and restaurants right out the door. 1 1/2 block from coastline. Main train station less than 1 mile away.
Easy day trips to Monaco and Cannes.

This apartment was so spacious and clean! It was perfectly located for us and so close to the beach and restaurants. Carmen was amazing to work with and communicated often. I would definitely stay here again. We can’t wait to return to Côte d’Azur. Merci beaucoup!!
The property is spacious, we were four adults. Kitchen was well stocked and the location is great. Would highly recommend it. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and the French restaurant Carmen suggested was fabulous..

We loved this apartment. It is so well located...central to the promenade and the old town, lively by day, and quiet by night. The apartment is bright, cheerful, spacious, and comfortable. Good air con! Black out shades in bedrooms were great! The views and enormous balcony were outstanding. Also, Carmen and Theresa are very accommodating. I don’t hesitate to highly recommend this place. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Enjoy!!

The property is better than advertised! Beautiful apartment with all the modern conveniences! The location is perfect, 1 block away from the Promenade des Anglais. Very easy checkin/checkout process and no surprise extra fees like our previous apartment we stayed at the week before. Our stay was delightful. Thank you, Carmen, for being a perfect host! Ps.If you have young children, this is the place to go, a highchair, etc is available in the apartment.

Complete Nightmare Experience/Horrible Host
This is a decent overall apartment in a good location but we had a horrible experience there made much worse by the owner/host. She was not there to check us in. We were given the key by a "friend" who gave us virtually no information about the apartment.
On the second day of our three day stay, the apartment lost all electricity, meaning we had no lights or appliances (even the kitchen sink which required a pump) or wifi. Because we lacked french cell phones, wifi was our only means of communication so my husband had to leave the apartment and find a cafe with wifi in order to contact the owner.
The owner was out of town and said she could not locate an electrician to come to the apartment to fix the problem. I am a disabled individual who relies on crutches to walk and this was a very unsafe environment for me, being completely in the dark. The owner was well aware of this because we only rented this apartment because of the elevator in the building.
As soon as there was enough daylight in the morning to locate our belongings, we packed up and vacated the apartment. We could not even really use the bathroom because it was an interior room and pitch dark even in daytime.
The closest hotel we could find with an elevator and an available room cost us $400. It took us much time and difficulty to make the transition to the hotel because of my disabilities. When the owner messaged us later to say that she had located an electrician who she thought could fix the problem later that day, we had already moved into the hotel and paid that fee. It was our last day of our long awaited vacation in France and we were not going to spend it moving back to Ms Camera's cursed apartment and wait for a repairman to show up and fix it.
Since this time we have had to argue with owner about receiving an adequate refund of two nights rent plus fees for the night spent without utilities plus the unused night. She finally, with the intervention of VRBO, gave us a partial refund which doesn't begin to compensate us for the cost of the hotel room.
The owner never expressed any concern about leaving two foreign guests who don't speak any French, one of whom is disabled, completely unsupported in a totally unsafe environment in her apartment. She cared nothing at all for our welfare. In fact, she refused to provide any refund at all until we formally "apologized" for a tone she objected to in one of my messages. Can you be any more arrogant and uncaring?

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Carmen war vor unserer Reise und auch während wir da waren, perfekt, Carmen antwortet schnell und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben.
Mit dem Taxifahrer sollte man aber vorher einen Preis absprechen, da er teurer war, als ein Taxi vom Flughafen.
Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche in Nizza und würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Carmen was an attentive, helpful, kind hostess. She was extremely communicative. The apartment was very large and beautifully decorated with colorful artwork and with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It's in a great location. A minute walk from the Mediterranean, restaurants and shopping. Also very close to old town Nice and Castle Hill. Monaco is a day trip. Highly recommend.
Everything was really great about this apartment, including its location from the beach and the old town, cleanliness, and the host. We especially appreciated having coffee, tea, sugar etc available. She even had wine in the fridge.

Stayed here for a week with 2 grown up children. Communication and check in was seamless. The balcony is a great bonus as is the air conditioning . The apartment is very spacious indeed and has absolutely everything you need. We would not hesitate to book again. Great location with many cafes and restaurants on the door step.
