The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms (including 1 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms and spacious living/dining room with fireplace and satellite television to accommodate 1/9 persons.

The property is independent (surrounded by vegetation and a wall) so children can safely play

All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets

In addition, a garage with washing machine, an Intex aboveground pool (from June to September), 2 bikes, a barbecue and a table football are at your disposal for free.

Bed linen on request (€ 100)

Only 3-minute walk from the house, you will find several small shops including a bakery, a fish shop, a pharmacy, a take-away restaurant, a small supermarket, etc.

A visit of the property is possible on request on Easter Sunday and Monday.

La villa è molto bella, pulita e curata. Abbiamo avuto qualche dfisagio che il proprietario ha provveduto a sistemare. Con qualche accorgimento in piu (condizionare tutte le camere) dividere gli impianti dei due appartamenti, tra l'altro non era riportato nell'annuncio, la villa potrebbe essere al top, considerando anche il prezzo del soggiorno. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Stupendo!

Proprietà perfetta per accogliere gruppi di amici come noi. Ci siamo trovate bene fin da subito grazie alla disponibilità, cordialità e gentilezza, anche per alcune nostre necessità, del proprietario Armando, di Daniela e Rosy. La casa è spaziosa, luminosa e i due condizionatori nelle giornate calde pugliesi sono stati la nostra salvezza. La casa è molto pulita e curata ha tutte i servizi necessari: due bagni, lavatrice, camere spaziose. La piscina all'esterno, il calcetto e le biciclette disponibili sono un valore aggiunto alla casa e un divertimento assicurato. La villa ha una posizione strategica, vicino a minimarket, bar, fermata dell'autobus, fornaio e a poco dalla spiaggia di Torre Pali. E' a circa 15 minuti in bicicletta da Maldive del Salento e Lido Marini, località con spiagge e mare spettacolari. Davvero una permanenza fantastica a Villa Carolina, consigliatissima!

Gute Lage sehr schönes grosszügiges Haus

Bei der Ankunft herzlicher Empfang durch Schwester Daniela welcher immer gut erreichbar war. Das Haus entspricht genau den Bilder und ist ein einem herrvoragendem Zustand. Neu gestrichen und Pool neu! Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wohlgefühlt.

Une très belle maison spacieuse, propre et super bien agencer! Quartier calme, très proche de la mer

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec la famille et les amis! Nous étions 10 personnes et nous ne nous sommes pas senti serrés. Tout était à notre disposion pour s'amuser et passer du bon temps (piscine, baby-foot, barbecue, belle terrasse, transat avec parasol etc.). Tout se trouvait à proximité de la maison comme par exemple les supermachés, les restaurants, les bars ou encore la mer. Pour terminer les propriétaires nous on réserver un accueil très chaleureux. Nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner si nous en avons l'opportunité.

FANTASTICA

La casa è veramente bella, esattamente come nelle foto. Pulitissima. Eravamo 2 famiglie con 2 bimbe che si sono divertite da matti nella piscinetta. Michele, il nipote del padrone di casa, è stato eccezionale sia nell'accoglienza che nell'assistenza. La consiglio assolutamente e spero di tornarci presto.

Sono stata in questa bellissima ed attrezzatissima villa insieme alla mia famiglia (tot. 8 adulti). Ampiezza, luminosità, silenziosità, funzionalità...queste le caratteristiche principali della casa che tutti abbiamo apprezzato. La vicinanza a luoghi di interesse culturale e alle spiagge più belle del Salento ne fanno una vera perla. La disponibilità e la cortesia del Sig. Manni e di suo nipote Michele, un valore aggiunto. Salento che meraviglia

Una settimana di giugno in Salento.....che spettacolo, mare, sole e vento quanto bastava per non soffrire caldo, abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa praticamente nuova, ampi spazi, letti comodissimi, servizi perfetti, siamo stati benissimo e il rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale.....da ripetere......

The villa is located in one of the most beautiful seaside regions in Southern Italy which is known as “Maldive del Salento” for its crystal-clear shallow water and its fine sandy beaches.

Another dream picture: the tranquillity of the countryside characterised by dry stone walls, olive trees and prickly pear trees but also the seaside panorama.
