Great lil spot was close to town .. Larry was a joy and place was super clean For the price though it was steep you would expect the fireplace to work … Just for the ambience at night inside the house Also the icemaker didn’t work if you were in the house with that many people that’s not good But was okay Loved the Bluetooth speakers surround ! Thanks

Lake Havasu Perfection

The property is clean, well maintained, plenty of amities and has a thoughtful welcome book with instructions for wifi and other needs around the house. Great communication from property owner.

The house was perfect!

Clean and spacious! Stocked with towels, extra bedding and kitchenware. Close to everything! Pool and patio are fun! Neighbor was super friendly and brought us coffee cake!

Very clean and spacious

The house was very clean. Hot tub and heated pool was great for the kids. House was very well equipped from sound system to kitchen utensils. The road was a little busy but can escape to the backyard.
