Our comfortable and spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 baths home sleeps up to 12.

There are 3 bedrooms total. The master comes with a king size bed. One bedroom will have 2 queen size beds. The last bedroom will be a king size bed as well. The living area has 1 comfortable sofa bed, and a day bed
There are 2 bathrooms total. One is a standing shower and one is a bathtub/shower combo.

The yard is large and perfect for kids to play in. Bring lawn games! We do have a ping pong table and some board games. The beach is Hood Canal which means expect to see oyster shells, seaweed and a lot of natural saltwater beauty. Be sure to pack sensible beach shoes/boots in order to beach comb, play or swim. Please respect boundaries and do not cross to neighbors' side.

We welcome dogs as they are members of your family, but ask that, you don't leave pee or poo accidents behind and you clean up any overt messes. (We also kindly ask to keep pets off the furniture out of respect for our guests who have allergies or sensitivities to fur. If you think this will be a problem, [i.e. your pup is accustomed to sofa lounging] please plan to bring special blankets to place on the furniture for them, and properly towel dry them off after beach play before coming inside.)

Like most of Hood Canal, we are on a septic system. Please help conserve water use and dispose of food scraps in the garbage and only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Our septic system thanks you.

Please note:, all children, including infants, will be counted toward head count, and will require an extra guests fee of $25 per guest, per night, if the total exceed 8 guests. Base price only cover up to 8 guests. Pet fee is $200 for 1 dog.

Please note: kayaks are not available for guests use from November to April. Some outdoor furniture also will be stored and not available

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: Union Attractions. The home is a few short minutes to the award-winning Alderbrook Resort & Spa, Alderbrook/Union Marina (with boat launch), Alderbrook golf course, Robin Hood Resort, and several interesting and unique boutique shops, coffee shops, and, of course, the Union Country Store where you can enjoy a scoop of magnificent Olympic Mountain Ice Cream! While an easy drive to some of these places, it is a more enjoyable trip to paddle via provided kayaks, SUPs, or paddling/cruising in the aluminum row boat. Alderbrook and the Marina (also affiliated with Alderbrook) have places to tie up or pull out on the beach. There is live music most nights throughout the town. HIKING. There are several great hikes in the general vicinity. The closest hike would be at Twanoh State Park and the trail takes you along a stream (full of salmon in the late fall) and zig zags you up the mountain and back down through a through a heavily treed forest. Along the 101 and Skokomish River Road there are several other magnificent hikes--some through forests and many along rivers or lakes. There are hikes for all skill levels and ages. NEAR UNION. Hoodsport is a short drive (or boat ride from our dock—they have a marina where you can tie up). While small, the town boats several interesting restaurants, a grocery store, several boutiques, and even some wine tasting rooms. Hama Hama Oyster Saloon is relatively short drive away (north of Hoodsport) and is a great place to experience oysters. Their outdoor eating area and magnificent oyster presentation (cooked or raw, or both) should not be missed. They also have a gift shop where you can get everything from oysters, dipping sauces (AMAZING), to smoked salmon to take home. The Olympic National Park is an outdoor paradise with endless possibilities to explore. Farther north on the 101 will take you to the entrance of the Olympic National Park with also offers several amazing hikes (i.e. Staircase).
