About this property

Oyster Paradise Beach House in Tahuya, Hood Canal

This beautiful property has spectacular mountain and sunset views, with comfortable beds, full kitchen, and a large deck, fully fenced backyard expanding over 100 feet of waterfront. Equipped with comfortable beddings, outdoor furniture, paddle boards, kayaks and AC, this is indeed a perfect place for friends and families looking to connect and create lasting memories in the PNW.

The space

Escape home to this picturesque PNW oasis. This home features 4 bedrooms (one of which is without a closet and is not connected to central AC) 3 bathrooms w/ a master bedroom on the main.

Unwind on your deck off the chef’s kitchen & enjoy the fresh breeze, or wandering down your own private beach to scoop up oysters, kayaking, or sunbathing, s'mores by the fire pit, playing games on the lawn, or barbecuing. From scenic views to local hiking and wine tasting, this property is perfect for a big family, a couple's getaway or friends traveling together.

At the end of the day, sleep comfortably to the sound of the waves calmly splashing against the rock bulkhead. And with 3 bathrooms, there is enough separate spaces to unwind, to prepare for the next fun day on the water.

We are slowly upgrading the house so it will happen in stages. Our goal is creating a comfortable place for your family and friends to get together and enjoy family and friends time under one roof. The house is an older home, but unique and wonderful in its own way. We are gradually upgrading it every year, for example: the ductless mini split was added recently, the vent hood in the kitchen was brand new, the hot tub was added less than 6 months ago. Please feel free to send in suggestions and we will be sure to add it to our lists of things to do next year.

We welcome dogs as they are members of your family, but ask that, you don't leave pee or poo accidents behind and you clean up any overt messes. (We also kindly ask to keep pets off the furniture out of respect for our guests who have allergies or sensitivities to fur. If you think this will be a problem, [i.e. your pup is accustomed to sofa lounging] please plan to bring special blankets to place on the furniture for them, and properly towel dry them off after beach play before coming inside.)
