PARK THE CAR AND WALK

The best part of staying here is how little you need to drive. Secret Sandwich Society is three minutes up the street. Downtown Fayetteville, Cathedral Café, and the shops are a 10-minute walk. Walk to dinner, stroll home after.

When you do drive, the Bridge is five minutes away.



THE STAY

A 1926 bungalow, updated for easy living. It's an older home with character, all on one level with no stairs.

• Primary bedroom: queen bed, connected to a full bath with a shower and a vintage clawfoot tub

• Second bedroom: two twin beds

• Third bedroom: full bed

• TV room: queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, bringing the home to 8. This room connects the bedroom wing to the kitchen.

• Second full bath with a tub/shower combo

• Kitchen stocked for easy breakfasts and group dinners: dishwasher, drip coffee maker, French press, tea kettle, and pantry staples

• Private home office with a door, plus fast Wi-Fi throughout

• Washer and dryer with detergent, 50" smart TV, board games, and extra blankets

• Self check-in with a smart lock

Sleeps 8, and best for families or two to three couples.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• On-street parking directly in front of the house, max 3 cars. There is no off-street parking.

• No pets.

• Children of all ages are welcome. This is an older home and has not been child-proofed.

• No parties or events.

• You'll walk through the TV room to reach the kitchen.

• The gas fireplace is decorative only.

• BYO firewood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill.

• Smart TV: sign in with your own streaming accounts.

• A few owner closets stay locked for housekeeping supplies.

• After booking, every guest completes a quick ID match and e-signed rental agreement. Your door code, address, and check-in instructions arrive three days before your stay.

• One exterior camera (Ring doorbell) at the front door, facing the side yard and street. Outward views only; it records video and sound when triggered by motion.

• Trip insurance is recommended. Outside the cancellation policy, I can't refund for weather, power outages, or illness.

• Check-in 4:00 PM · Check-out 11:00 AM
