Beautifully maintained 3 bedroom family cottage on a quiet bay. Fish right off the dock! Shallow sandy water entry perfect for young children. Two kayaks to explore this large pristine lake. Large deck with a screen tent. Enjoy campfires which overlook the lake .
Newly renovated spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Lake views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Enjoy morning coffee on your private deck off the large master bedroom. All bedrooms have newer mattresses and lots of storage area.
Flat area near the waterfront offers plenty of space for outdoor games or a place to enjoy the beautiful water-views.

Home Away From Home But With A Lake!!

This cottage is beautiful, with everything and more. We were extremely comfortable with the bedroom & living area furniture. The wifi service was excellent, the campfires were excellent the Kayaks were excellent, the children's swings and play toys were excellent......everything was excellent. We would go back in a heartbeat!!!!

Great accommodation in every way.

We had a great vacation at this cottage! The cottage and property are very nice. It is very well equipped inside and out. The hosts were very helpful. There were lots of places for little kids to play and lots for them to do. There is a small play structure, swing and small beach area. There is a water table and play house on the deck. There were lots of places to relax - on the small beach, in the screened in Gazebo on the deck, on the garden swing overlooking the water, on the dock, around the firepit and inside. We enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks. The cottage is very nicely decorated. We have been renting cottages for years and this is most definitely one of the nicest. There were some weeds in the water but that may be partly because we rented at the end of August when the water level is generally lower. Everything was in good shape and very clean. I highly recommend renting this cottage.

A little piece paradise

Laurie and Gerry property far exceeded our expectations. The area was quiet, extremely well kept and organized. The pride of ownership glows. They thought of everything and Laurie and Gerry were readily available if we needed to ask any questions. We all loved our holiday and would jump at the chance to rent it again next year.

Lakeside cottage getaway

We had a great time on our family vacation at the Boyd family cottage enjoying fishing, boating, swimming campfires and chilling. We look forward to returning next year. Thanks you Laurie and Gerry!

Lovely Stay

We just got back home after spending a week at Boyd’s Cottage. Laurie greeted us on arrival and gave us a most thorough tour of the property. You could tell this place place means a lot to her and her family and we did our best to take great care of their family cottage while staying the week. The cottage is very clean and exactly as pictured and very well equipped. The lake was quiet and just what we needed. The water is a little weedy but that didn’t bother my daughter who spent as much time as she could swimming in the lake. Thank you Laurie and Gerry!

Great family cottage

The cottage was very clean and there was lots of room for our family of 5. The kitchen was stocked with all you needed. The BBQ was great. Very handy having a washer and dryer. The use of the kayaks was great. Lots of outdoor chairs and picnic table by lake. The waterfront right in front of the cottage is sandy for first couple of feet, good for little ones, but then there are some weeds. We swam out past these to the pretty islands and it was great clear water for swimming. The lake was really nice with lots of islands and bays to explore. The guys did catch some fish (bass , pickerel and pike). One important note is if you are towing a boat make sure you have a good truck. There was a difficult hill on gravel road just before cottage. No problem for a truck but not so easy for our van. A fantastic neighbor helped us out! Very quiet, clean and well stocked cottage on a wonderful lake.

Great cottage and lake

We had a fabulous stay at this cottage. The owners were amazing and very helpful with any issues or questions. The lake was the cleanest I’ve seen yet!

Why they chose this property

This is a family cottage which has been well loved and maintained. The cottage itself is a good size and the lot very spacious. Lake Kashwakamak is clean and boasts good fishing and great views! Many memories have been made here and there are many more to come!. We are only renting to a minimum of clients as we continue to enjoy this property ourselves. However, we look forward to sharing this gem to those who are interested in making their own family memories!
