Beach Front Paradise with 180 degrees ocean view from the 17th floor.
Condominium apartment 2beds/2baths. Kitchen with all you need to prepare simple meals, no oven and no dishwasher. Bedrooms fully equipped, one set of linens per bed.
We can accommodate 4 persons on beds, and 2 more on futons. Perfect for parties up to 6. Children are welcome, but if they pay air ticket, they also pay here as individual members in you party. We offer a flat rate for 2 persons, however after 2, we add an extra charge per persons up to a maximum of 6. AC only in bedrooms.
Perfect locality right in the middle if Isla Verde Beach area.
WiFi, Parking, Pools, and Beach access. Coin Laundry open 24/7 at ground level.
Markets, Restaurants, Shops, Night Clubs, etc, all services and attractions within walking distance. Gym is available if you agree to pay the extra charge our administration applies to short term rentals. Ask in advance about the gym.
Sorry pets, you are not invited. Non-smoking place.
All you need, it’s what we have here for your unforgettable holidays.
Check in at 3pm, check out 11am. If you need a welcome courtesy, I can pick you up at the airport upon your arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Pool and beach were so nice and it was great to have towels provided with the apartment. The balcony was so nice with great views too. The hostess, Gaby, was so kind and accommodating, and communicated well before and throughout the stay. She even picked us up from the airport when we arrived! So nice after a long morning of travel. We will be keeping this place in mind next time we are in the area! Thank you!

Spectacular location

You just can't beat the view. It was breathtaking. The apartment slept 6 comfortablly and has direct accesa to the beach. The area had plenty of shops and restaurants. The check in process was quick and easy. The experience was great!

The condo was very nice. The veiw of the ocean was spectacular. Loved having coffee in the morning and beverages in the evening on the balcony. It was very quiet as well.

Loved this property!

The view and wrap-around balcony were amazing. The pool and beach were fabulous. The beds were comfy. We liked the resort feeling without the resort crowds or price. We would definitely return here. Even had a restaurant in walking distance where you could eat on the beach. Nice waves at this beach too.

Loved this on the beach location! And we really appreciated the owner providing airport transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean but nothing tops the view from the balcony! Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Loved the apartment. On the beach, best views and convenient to restaurants and a large grocery store. There is air conditioning but we never turned it on. Breeze was enough. You do need transportation to Old San Juan, Uber works well.

Views are amazing. Almost look unreal. When you wake up the view and sound of the ocean are mesmerizing. Location of condo is great. Right on beach and close to food stores, restaurants etc. short Uber to Old San Juan.

Outstanding Family Vacation

The location of this property was fantastic. Perfect for the beach lovers and the younger family members who wanted to explore the area and visit the casinos. Gaby is an awesome host! The location was clean and neat. She thought of everything, down to a rolling cart, for when we went shopping!!! Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot.

Gaby's Sweet Spot

My friend and I absolutely loved Gaby's apartment. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location on beautiful Isla Verde beach for exploring all things San Juan. The breeze was so lovely that we never once used the AC, and you have all the amenities you could need, not to mention the ambience of a groovy 1970's art deco styled apartment (my favorite design motif!). We were just two, but the apartment could comfortably sleep several more people, so would be awesome for families and larger groups too. We can't thank our wonderful host enough, she even picked us up at the airport to check us in smoothly. Fantastic stay, and the perfect place for our first time in gorgeous Puerto Rico. We can't wait to come back!

Our host was wonderful! She picked us up at the airport, gave us restaurant recommendations all of which were amazing, and let us stay a little extra when our flights were delayed. Absolutely gorgeous view!!!! Quiet, couldn't hear the airport much at all. Lap pool is huge! We'll come again!

Our Stay

Host, Gaby, was very nice and helpful. Communication was easy. The place was exactly as described. View was wonderful from the balcony!!! Great place for morning coffee or tea and for cocktails in the evening. The common areas were nice and well maintained. Quick walk to the beach! You can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs for your day on the beach. We felt safe there as the security was strong. The location was perfect!! We were able to walk to restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery. Do not be concerned about the description of only air conditioners in the bedrooms as the ocean breeze coming in was delightful and kept us comfortable. We are already looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you, Gaby, for everything!

Why they chose this property

We have a corner apartment facing the ocean. We do not hear much noise being on the 17 floor. You do not need AC all the time since the ocean breeze makes the apartment so fresh. However, we have AC only in the bedrooms.
We have security 24/7 and I can pick you up at the airport as you arrive as a welcome courtesy.
