It has bedrooms with beach view: The apartement has one bathroom, two rooms with all the amenities, hair dryer and towels.
The condo is located steps from the beach, in one of the best located oceanfront condominiums in the Josée Tartak Avenue and has a protected assigned parking space! You also have for the stay, beach towels and beach chairs.
Included: bath linens, washing machine and dryer. The rooms have air conditioning but not in the living room. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining, TV in living room and both rooms, wireless mesh systeme internet acces inside and on the terrasse. Beds side by side for flexability give the size of a king bed. Iron, ironing board.
The kitchen is completely equiped for your creative recipes: Expresso machine, blender, toaster, microwave, small oven.
Facilities included in the condominium: swimming pool, washing and drying machines on every second floor, 24/7 security guards.
The condominium is blessed with an incredible luminosity and constant refreshing and relaxing breese from the multitudes condo windows.

For public transportation, their is a bus at the corner of Tartak and Isla Verde avenue, direct to San Juan. Also taxis and Uber are plentiful.
Near prestigious hotels, fine restaurants, food market and CVS Pharmacy.


A car is not necessary for every day use because everything is within 10 minutes walking distance (Pharmacy, super market, souvenir boutiques, ATM, ) .
To rent a car we recommend the rental counter in the Verdenza hotel. Interesting rate and good service, no waiting, 3 minutes walk from our condo. Dollar rent a car

This is an amazing condo. The roof garden is awesome. The host and local helper are very responsive. There is off street parking which is very helpful. I've been coming for 5 years, and booked again for next year!

Having the amazing view of the beach was wonderful from the rooftop. I am giving the property manager 1 star because he let himself into the condo at 0345 with the keys. He walked into the bedroom where my minor children were sleeping to use the bathroom. We were all a bit horrified and shaken up from the experience. Security made sure the property manager did not enter the premise the remainder of our stay and the owner, who was not in the local area apologized and was very understanding about the problem.

A bit dated, but the people and the location were perfect. The beach outside was amazing as well. Just beware, only the bedrooms have A/C. Otherwise, it was great.

The penthouse was very nice and quite scenic. The accommodations were good, it was comfortable, reasonably clean and quite convenient. it's location couldn't be beat.Some of the fixtures could use some repair/replacing. A couple of the bifold doors were not in good shape and a few other minor things.Overall it was a very positive experience.

Rooftop condo with beach views

The pictures are all accurate!! Beach views from the living room (full floor to ceiling sliding windows!!) which allow a heavenly breeze!!! Beach views from both bedrooms. Rooftop area has 2 main areas but technically 3 areas w/ an outdoor rinse shower. Good size covered deck in one area where we stayed the most. No problems with the elevators. They even have a separate one to use for after the pool/beach.Literally steps from the beach! Juan, the property manager is fantastic, so nice & easy going, did a great arrival tour of the property! Accommodated our late night arrival 11:15p. Free parking spot in condo garage! Bonus: small washer & dryer IN the unit! Safe area & key fob needed to enter. Would stay here again! Thank you, muchas gracias!

Perfect Penthouse ON the Beach!

Wonderful! I almost hate to give it a rating 'cuz I don't want to see it booked the next time we want to go down!SO comfortable! Feels like home, because it is one! If you're looking for an expensive, sumptuous, executive suite, look elsewhere; there are plently to be had. This a comfy, 14th floor penthouse that screams HOME! Full kitchen, Nespresso machine, etc, As well as pool toys, beach chairs, GREAT Wi-Fi, full cable, handy shoppijng carts for store one block away. Two Bars/Restaurants on the ground floor, others within a few steps. No real need for a car, but private garage parking included if you choose. AND THE ROOF-TOP!!! Nothing else comes close! Sunsets to die for, 80% of the island visible. And NOTHING is closer to the incredible beach, 20 feet and you're on the sand!

The place was wonderful, and our hosts were great and responsive. Juan was an absolute pleasure and he was a great welcome to PR. Tropical storm/ Hurricane Ernesto did hit during our stay and the floor did get wet (the windows help to an extent tbh) but nothing we couldn't deal with.

Great Location- Nice apartment

Ideal location in Isla Verde. Owner, Sylvie, and the manager, Juan, had perfect communication before and during the stay. Easy and problem-free check-in. Roof top is great, especially with a nice ocean breeze. Without the breeze it can get hot during the day. The building is dated and the elevators seem slow- the hallway waiting for the elevator has poor ventilation and can get very warm. The living room on hot days needs to have the windows open and fans running or it is too hot. The bedrooms had working AC and were comfortable. Pool is ok. On-site parking is secure. I would definitely stay again.

We just had a great 5 night stay at this condo. Juan the Property Manager was great! We communicated easily by text or phone calls. Luckily we didn’t have any issues during our stay but I know he would have helped us if we did. The security at the condo was good & we felt very safe there & in the surrounding areas. The condo was as it appears in the pictures. Obviously the terrace is the main reason to stay here! The beds were comfortable & the A/C worked well in the bedrooms. There is “city noise” outside but I think you would hear that in any hotel or condo in the area. You can’t hear surrounding neighbors in the condo units at all. We would stay here again!

Beautiful view from roof and condo

Penthouse roomy but in need of an update in kitchen and bath…furniture looks like it’s from the 1990’s wicker type but does its job…there was a washer and dryer in bathroom but very outdated so we didn’t use it as I read on another review that it leaked, they should just get rid of it and redo bathroom which is a Jack n Jill type bathroom that connects to both bedrooms…wasn’t crazy about the floor rugs throughout and the bathtub mat as they looked dirty and had stains and needed to be replaced which I told Juan the manager about so I am sure it will get done…view on roof was spectacular and nice to sit at while enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Check in process I believe would be better if they used a lockbox or a smart lock since nowadays people just want an easy check in and not worry about the availability of the manager when checking in and out. Condo is 10 minutes from airport and right on beach with direct access to beach. Condo has a pool and parking spot, we ubered everywhere and stayed local and took trips into Old San Juan which is about 20min or so depending on traffic and cost about $15…Both bedrooms have a/c living room doesn’t but has a nice crosswind but I imagine in the summer it would be hot…There is some outside noise but this is pretty much a lively beach community with plenty of hotels, condos, bars and restaurants in area so it is to be expected…I’m sure this condo would be spectacular with some updating overall it was “ok” to book…

hey I will say location and view is amazing. Property is dated though and brutally hot in the living room and spaces without ac. The ac in the rooms is weak and for a week ( good pun) a nite mare. Now for the Jose he was late too meet us didnt return calls and a hot mess when we got there. Check in was 4pm and we didnt get in (since he didnt answer my call or messages for 2 hours. Our flight came in at 1pm and I was assured he would accommodate us early. Im not a vindictive person, but anyone who rents this place should beware.

Another wonderful stay in Paradise!!

Thank you Silvie and Juan Luis for another fantastic stay!! As usual we were greeted by Juan Luis!! How great to see his great big smile again!! Such a wonderful host and is always available if you need him. One of the ACs wasn't working and Juan had a new one installed right away!! Theres a beautiful breeze in the main living space which is wonderful, but the bedrooms could get too warm without the ACs. Juan Luis saved the day!! We were here for New Years Eve and saw the Best fireworks EVER!! Absolutely Amazing!! The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the spectacular sunsets for the rooftop garden terrace!! This is the place i fell in love with!! The gardens, the palm trees, and tropical flowers are thriving!! We're going to miss this place, but we can't wait to come back to this tropical gem!! Thank you Thank you Silvie for another terrific stay, and for the special gifts you left for us upon our arrival on Christmas day!! The Canadian cookies were delicious!!! We ate them all!! Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our short visit to San Juan. This was a great place to stay, and Juan was super helpful. Views from the rooftop terrace are awesome -- we were up there every night! A perfect location for many activities, and the parking garage with an assigned spot helps too. One thing to know -- air-conditioning is only available in the two bedrooms. It was pretty hot and muggy when we were visiting, so we had to keep the bedroom doors closed to have the A/C work efficiently (and provide a nice cool room for sleeping).

Everything about our stay here was fabulous! Juan is so amazing and helpful. He’s truly a ray of sunshine and genuinely wanted us to have the grandest adventure and a place to call home for the week. Every detail has been thought out by Juan and Sylvie. The views are breathtaking, the kitchen well equipped, the beds super comfortable. A real gem in a prime location owned and managed by trustworthy, prompt, professional yet feel like friends- folks! An absolute 10/10 and would give them more! Love the location and the roof top with minor issues

The penthouse is equipped with everything you need to go to the beach. The condo is just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Our favorite is the roof top like others mentioned. The view is the best part even at night for stars gazing. There is even a shower on the roof top which the kids enjoyed the cold shower. I first worried about the living room has no A/C. But after a while you get used to it and there is enough wind. The living room is roomy and has partial beach view. The bathroom is ok. We used the washing machine and it was leaking on the floor. The closet door was broken we could use the main closet but the manager was nice. He apologize for that and hopefully will get fixed. The kitchen has everything for cooking too. Overall we 4 of us are happy there.

Back in Paradise

Another wonderful vacation at this amazing place!! Juan Luis greeted us in the lobby with his big smile!! What a warm welcome!! He is the nicest person and always makes sure that he's always a phone call away if you need anything!! The first thing I did was climb the spiral staircase to the rooftop garden terrace!! This garden terrace is just amazing in every way!! The sunsets are spectacular and oh what a perfect place to enjoy dinner alfresco while watching the city light up!! The gardens are so pretty with many tropical varieties. They were planted with an abundance of love by the owners mother years ago. She would be happy to know that they are still thriving. The condo has everything you need. A well stocked kitchen if you enjoy dining in, with good quality pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The beds are very comfy, and the water pressure in the shower is perfect!! Sylvie the owner has thought of everything!! It's hard to leave this place. We're already booked again and can't wait to get back!! Thank you Sylvie and Juan Luis for another wonderful stay!!

I hope to return!

My family and I loved this place, it’s pretty much perfect. The star is the private roof deck, but the rest of the apartment is very comfortable too — fast internet, nice TV, good beds, new kitchen appliances. There is even a small washer/dryer. The beach is right out front, which was fantastic. We used the chairs provided and some of the items like the snorkel and and paddleball kit. We also took advantage of the umbrella rental on the beach — one was big enough for all of us and drilled into the ground so we didn’t have to worry about it blowing over. The pool is nice but the kids only went in it once because they wanted to play in the waves in the sea, which was warm of course because it’s the Caribbean. There’s a CVS around the corner and a big supermarket a 5-10 minute walk away — the neighborhood felt totally safe, with plenty of people walking around, even at night. It was a short Uber ride to the airport, Old San Juan, and also a great snorkeling spot, and there are car rental places nearby that we used for a day trip to the El Yunque rainforest. I highly recommend this place and hope to return myself!

We are a couple from Canada. We take great care of this little corner of paradise with its sunset view , garden of flowers and small birds. My parents first arrived here in 1977. We continued to refine the property each time we come.

This unique location and orientation has direct access to the beach from the pool. It's unique view of 300 degrees all around, from all rooms.The constant tropical breeze refresh both day and night. All concrete construction gives it strength against weather and from which we do not hear the neighbors.
