It has bedrooms with beach view: The apartement has one bathroom, two rooms with all the amenities, hair dryer and towels.
The condo is located steps from the beach, in one of the best located oceanfront condominiums in the Josée Tartak Avenue and has a protected assigned parking space! You also have for the stay, beach towels and beach chairs.
Included: bath linens, washing machine and dryer. The rooms have air conditioning but not in the living room. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining, TV in living room and both rooms, wireless mesh systeme internet acces inside and on the terrasse. Beds side by side for flexability give the size of a king bed. Iron, ironing board.
The kitchen is completely equiped for your creative recipes: Expresso machine, blender, toaster, microwave, small oven.
Facilities included in the condominium: swimming pool, washing and drying machines on every second floor, 24/7 security guards.
The condominium is blessed with an incredible luminosity and constant refreshing and relaxing breese from the multitudes condo windows.

For public transportation, their is a bus at the corner of Tartak and Isla Verde avenue, direct to San Juan. Also taxis and Uber are plentiful.
Near prestigious hotels, fine restaurants, food market and CVS Pharmacy.


A car is not necessary for every day use because everything is within 10 minutes walking distance (Pharmacy, super market, souvenir boutiques, ATM, ) .
To rent a car we recommend the rental counter in the Verdenza hotel. Interesting rate and good service, no waiting, 3 minutes walk from our condo. Dollar rent a car

Great Time

A bit dated, but the people and the location were perfect. The beach outside was amazing as well. Just beware, only the bedrooms have A/C. Otherwise, it was great.

Puerto Rico

Having the amazing view of the beach was wonderful from the rooftop. I am giving the property manager 1 star because he let himself into the condo at 0345 with the keys. He walked into the bedroom where my minor children were sleeping to use the bathroom. We were all a bit horrified and shaken up from the experience. Security made sure the property manager did not enter the premise the remainder of our stay and the owner, who was not in the local area apologized and was very understanding about the problem.

The penthouse was very nice and quite scenic. The accommodations were good, it was comfortable, reasonably clean and quite convenient. it's location couldn't be beat.Some of the fixtures could use some repair/replacing. A couple of the bifold doors were not in good shape and a few other minor things.Overall it was a very positive experience.

Isla Verde in August

The place was wonderful, and our hosts were great and responsive. Juan was an absolute pleasure and he was a great welcome to PR. Tropical storm/ Hurricane Ernesto did hit during our stay and the floor did get wet (the windows help to an extent tbh) but nothing we couldn't deal with.

San Juan getaway

I can't say enough about the location of this property. It's on one of the best beaches on the island. Safe, secure and has all you need nearby. The apartment has a full kitchen and plenty of space. The rooftop views are simply spectacular. We highly recommend.

Perfect Penthouse ON the Beach!

Wonderful! I almost hate to give it a rating 'cuz I don't want to see it booked the next time we want to go down!SO comfortable! Feels like home, because it is one! If you're looking for an expensive, sumptuous, executive suite, look elsewhere; there are plently to be had. This a comfy, 14th floor penthouse that screams HOME! Full kitchen, Nespresso machine, etc, As well as pool toys, beach chairs, GREAT Wi-Fi, full cable, handy shoppijng carts for store one block away. Two Bars/Restaurants on the ground floor, others within a few steps. No real need for a car, but private garage parking included if you choose. AND THE ROOF-TOP!!! Nothing else comes close! Sunsets to die for, 80% of the island visible. And NOTHING is closer to the incredible beach, 20 feet and you're on the sand!

the building is in poor condition. location is excellent. we waited 1.5 hour for check in. when it was time to check out the guy texted informing us that he was going to be 35 minutes which would have made me late for my flight. poor customer service. condo needs up dates desperately. Roof top is amazing.

Absolutely amazing

My husband and I come to Puerto Rico every year and always stay at a hotel. This time we stood at Sylvie’s little paradise and I was impressed. I absolutely loved it. I only want to stay here from now on. It’s literally steps away from the beach and the patio was just the cherry on top. Juan the manager was absolutely amazing. Juan the doorman was great. Everyone was so kind and attentive and helpful it was just a pleasure. It was a much needed vacation and well worth it. I can go on and on about how great the property is and the people. I will most definitely stay here again very soon. No more hotels for me I’m staying at Sylvie’s !!

What can I say? Everything about my stay at this property was amazing. I was suppose to go with a friend who canceled last minute but boy oh boy did I enjoy my stay immensely. I live love the penthouse apt. Beautiful clean airy. The roof top was so wonderful I spent many hours up there. The neighborhood is soo lovely and safe. I felt totally safe everywhere. The people are amazing and kind. Juan the house manager was the best and highly responsive to my needs. I can't not say enough good things about this apt. I will be back. Thank you so much!!!!

Beautiful view from roof and condo

Penthouse roomy but in need of an update in kitchen and bath…furniture looks like it’s from the 1990’s wicker type but does its job…there was a washer and dryer in bathroom but very outdated so we didn’t use it as I read on another review that it leaked, they should just get rid of it and redo bathroom which is a Jack n Jill type bathroom that connects to both bedrooms…wasn’t crazy about the floor rugs throughout and the bathtub mat as they looked dirty and had stains and needed to be replaced which I told Juan the manager about so I am sure it will get done…view on roof was spectacular and nice to sit at while enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Check in process I believe would be better if they used a lockbox or a smart lock since nowadays people just want an easy check in and not worry about the availability of the manager when checking in and out. Condo is 10 minutes from airport and right on beach with direct access to beach. Condo has a pool and parking spot, we ubered everywhere and stayed local and took trips into Old San Juan which is about 20min or so depending on traffic and cost about $15…Both bedrooms have a/c living room doesn’t but has a nice crosswind but I imagine in the summer it would be hot…There is some outside noise but this is pretty much a lively beach community with plenty of hotels, condos, bars and restaurants in area so it is to be expected…I’m sure this condo would be spectacular with some updating overall it was “ok” to book…

Wonderful Condo + Perfect Location

Having looked at the photos and video often, I felt right at home when Juan showed me thru the unit and up the stairs to the private deck & patio. The place was exactly what I wanted--in contrast to a sterile hotel-like condo. When my family joined me after finishing lunch (Uber from airport to Alambique Beach Lounge), I got big hugs for my selection. The two bedroom A/Cs worked very well. I was happing with no A/C in the living area knowing this would avoid conflict between me (let's set it to 80) and my family (72 lower). The air flow morning and night was good, and in the afternoon if we weren't out or napping, we'd be on the deck. The deck/patio is amazing and serves as an extra room. We had coffee/breakfast everyday and once dinner. My daughter said if not for the deck, she would have gone to the beach in the morning--but this way she didn't have to deal with wind and sand! I had been very worried about biting insects with both the living area and the deck--there were NONE--even with the light on while reading in the evening on the deck. This was my first non-hotel experience and my worst fear was no one showing up with keys. Juan spoke with me by phone while I was still home in St Augustine easing my anxiety. And his kind attention while we were there reassured me that if anything went wrong, he would be available. Once you figure out how to use the cable-connected TV, it works fine. You are dependent upon a weak WI-FI signal for TV in the bedrooms. It never worked in the larger bedroom even on the phones. Juan said he would look into this. Special in every way!!

Let me start by saying that this place is truly a piece of paradise!! Juan greeted us in the lobby when we arrived.....with a smile that could light up a room!! He gave us a tour of the complex and the condo, and checked in with us during our stay to see if we had any questions or if we needed anything. The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked,and there were beach towels,beach chairs and a beach bag if we needed them. The beds were very comfy and the bedrooms both came with closets, and a dresser, along with a TV and air conditioner. In the main living space there was a ceiling fan, and a large window that let in the most beautiful breeze!! We enjoyed looking out to the carribean turquoise water, the white sandy beach..Isla verde...one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!!! As if that wasn't enough for WOW...we climbed the spiral staircase up to the rooftop garden terrace...this is where I fell in love with this place!! The gardens and I bonded!! I could feel the tender love that went into the plantings, and i could tell that alot of thought went into the placement of the tropical flowers and foliage. I am a master gardener, and I was in my element . How sweet it was to be surrounded by bougainvillea, hibiscus, palm trees, draceana and other tropical plants...not just plants...but very happy plants!! The view beyond the gardens....the beach, the mountains, the lagoon...and especially the sunset!!! The sunset was spectacular!!! This is truly a piece of paradise in every way. ..or should I say...Heaven on Earth!! Thank you Sylvie!!! Thank you!!! Finding your place was indeed like finding a glistening treasure!! Some things are Serendipity, and I believe this is one of them!! We were on the terrace having our morning coffee the day before we had to leave, and guess what? We booked it again.. Family Fun with an Incredible View

Juan made our arrival easy as the property liaison. Of course, our favorite place to hang out was on the penthouse garden terrace. We had breakfast there every morning to enjoy time together with an amazing view. The condo complex is right on the beach, you walk out the access gate, cross a street that is never busy because it's a dead end access road, and you are walking in sand in seconds. We always used the beach cart, provided by Sylvie, to easily transport beach towels, bottled water, sunscreen, etc. The condo is also conveniently located near a 24hr CVS that has nearly anything you could need, including a nice wine selection. The first day we arrived, we walked to a local Pueblo Supermarket and stocked up on food and drinks for the week. We rode back in an Uber Xl full of groceries for about $6.00, again very convenient location. At first I thought it was odd that there wasn't central air conditioning. The bedrooms have window units and you sleep comfortably cool, but the rest of the condo has no A/C. Soon I realized this was for the best. By letting the breeze flow through the condo and up and out the terrace you can comfortably come and go from the terrace without having to worry that the door is always shut or constantly having to adjust to the change in temperature. I wouldn't change a thing in that regard. We made a couple of trips to Old San Juan, it's best to see it in daytime and at night. The Uber XL ride was about $12-14 each way. We also went over to Pinones for some local street food and to see the rustic beaches and it was about a $10-12 ride. The ride to the airport at the end of our trip was under $10. I could go on and on but to summarize, the condo was very clean and conveniently located and we felt safe and comfortable there at all times. The garden terrace was amazing and it was so relaxing sitting up there and watching all the activities, from planes landing to people walking the beach. Also, I never felt a lack of privacy on the terrace. It was like you could see everything but nobody could see you. I rarely ever want to go back to a place I've been because I like to see new places. But, I think I may actually come back and stay in this condo again someday.

Magical Christmas & New Years Vacation

Sylvie's place has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's a perfect spot to relax, and an ideal oasis in a central location that cannot be beat! Gorgeous views from every room, from the lagoon to the city to the mountains. Accommodations are clean, well maintained, and so reasonably priced! And gated, covered parking is included. (though you only need a car if you're going out to explore the island. The clean, comfortable bus direct to San Juan is 100 feet away and very cheap taxis and Uber/Lyft are plentiful. It's comfortable and clean, the beds are comfy, all of the appliances work, the fans throughout are wonderful, and there's A/C in the bedrooms if you need it. (we never do) WiFi is speedy and solid, we wirelessly streamed HBO in HD through my laptop to the ROKU compatible TV. It's not a fancy/pretentious condo. No rooftop sauna, jetted tubs, or rainfall showers, just a basic 70's era upscale high-rise condo. What it is is a hidden jewel in the heart of the best location in all of Puerto Rico! Isle Verde beach is literally at your doorstep, many reasonable restaurants and shops like Marco's Pizza, CVS, and Pueblo are are within a 5 minute walk. Any food imaginable is available for delivery. Alambique restaurant is actually on the ground floor of the building, and has the best staff and the finest food you'll find anywhere! Plus their bar is fantastic, check out the Mango Daiquiri and the Bloody Mary's! And it's wide open to the beach, the breezes are great! Big screen TV's have all of the games, but nothing loud, conversation is easy. (Also check out Lupi's 3 blocks west. Burgers especially are out of this world!) Juan, the local contact person, is the BEST! He will take care of anything you need and is always available to help or answer questions. Saving the best for last, the rooftop terrace is the crown jewel of the property! Partly under a roof for the standard 5 minute daily Caribbean rain showers, but open all around to the finest Penthouse view on the whole island! Sunrise is beautiful, but Sunset is spectacular! And private sunbathing in some spots need not require a suit... I am trying to post some pictures and video from the terrace, hopefully I am successful. If you're lucky enough to book during a holiday, you can literally see AT LEAST 100 separate fireworks exhibitions at once, all the way to the horizons! Truly magical... Check this place out, you will NOT be disappointed!

Rooftop condo with beach views

The pictures are all accurate!! Beach views from the living room (full floor to ceiling sliding windows!!) which allow a heavenly breeze!!! Beach views from both bedrooms. Rooftop area has 2 main areas but technically 3 areas w/ an outdoor rinse shower. Good size covered deck in one area where we stayed the most. No problems with the elevators. They even have a separate one to use for after the pool/beach.Literally steps from the beach! Juan, the property manager is fantastic, so nice & easy going, did a great arrival tour of the property! Accommodated our late night arrival 11:15p. Free parking spot in condo garage! Bonus: small washer & dryer IN the unit! Safe area & key fob needed to enter. Would stay here again! I just finished my 4th year at this wonderful beach condo. Couldn't ask for a better location. The roof garden is the gem. Juan is always super helpful, and Sylvie as well. Each year, my stay is better than the last. I come for a month, and am always sad to leave!

Great Location- Nice apartment

Ideal location in Isla Verde. Owner, Sylvie, and the manager, Juan, had perfect communication before and during the stay. Easy and problem-free check-in. Roof top is great, especially with a nice ocean breeze. Without the breeze it can get hot during the day. The building is dated and the elevators seem slow- the hallway waiting for the elevator has poor ventilation and can get very warm. The living room on hot days needs to have the windows open and fans running or it is too hot. The bedrooms had working AC and were comfortable. Pool is ok. On-site parking is secure. I would definitely stay again.

Recharged our spirits

Its hard to pick, but the roof terrace is amazing. Its so calming, especially after a hot day at the beach and to sit and enjoy your dinner with that view. The efforts Juan goes through to make your stay a better one definitely goes noticed. I usually try different locations but i will come back. Thank you for sharing your home.

We just had a great 5 night stay at this condo. Juan the Property Manager was great! We communicated easily by text or phone calls. Luckily we didn’t have any issues during our stay but I know he would have helped us if we did. The security at the condo was good & we felt very safe there & in the surrounding areas. The condo was as it appears in the pictures. Obviously the terrace is the main reason to stay here! The beds were comfortable & the A/C worked well in the bedrooms. There is “city noise” outside but I think you would hear that in any hotel or condo in the area. You can’t hear surrounding neighbors in the condo units at all. We would stay here again!

We are a couple from Canada. We take great care of this little corner of paradise with its sunset view , garden of flowers and small birds. My parents first arrived here in 1977. We continued to refine the property each time we come.

Why they chose this property

This unique location and orientation has direct access to the beach from the pool. It's unique view of 300 degrees all around, from all rooms.The constant tropical breeze refresh both day and night. All concrete construction gives it strength against weather and from which we do not hear the neighbors. The shared pool and especially the community that lives here, the pleasant residents and vacationers. and finaly, a secured building.

What makes this property unique

Very sécure condominium and beach. Our appartment has a unique private flower-garden on the roof with a spectacular view of the beach the city, the laguna. Isla Verde Beach of 2 Km, animated and attended by young people and local families as well as tourists . Water sports and restaurants are on the beach. Tha Alambique restaurant in the condo has a good menu and good view on the beach. Quick access to public transport. Proximity to market and pharmacy. Everything you need is around so no need for a car unless you plan to visite the island.
