Gorgeous mountain retreat! 3 queen size bedrooms, 3 bath, finished basement/game room. Sleeper sofa in basement. Sleeps 6 comfortably but 8 if include sleeper sofa. Creek side home with views of valley and pond. Walking distance to Chattahoochee River, Cool River Tubing and Zip Line park. 3 minute drive to downtown Helen, Ga. Perfectly centered, surrounded by many vineyards, wineries and breweries. Private, quiet and relaxing! Feel of a treehouse, comfort of a penthouse!

We stayed in the Happy Hallow Getaway for our girls weekend. Host, Kim, was responsive and helpful. The home was in a great location for easy access to downtown Helen. We felt that the home could have been cleaned more thoroughly (dusty in some areas, dirty inside the microwave, cobwebs, empty hornets nests on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms). The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is so overly firm/hard that no one was able to sleep in it. Plenty of towels, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels were provided by the host. We enjoyed our little weekend getaway in this nice Helen cabin. It was great for what we needed.

House was great, looked just like pictures. The pool table and extra bathroom was a plus! The deck was large enough to sit on and watch the rain without getting wet. Enjoyed the quiet away from town, while being able to drive short distance to town. It was nice having two drive ways, so no one was blocked in. Host responded quickly to any questions I had.

Family Weekend Trip

Check-in was very simple and easy. Kitchen was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed having the Keurig.This place was very peaceful. It was not too close to the next neighbor. We saw a bear, which we thought was awesome! We loved hearing the stream while spending time on the back porch. We will definitely stay here again.
