Appartement ok mais environnement ko!
Appart ok pour 2. A noter fenêtre espace nuit donne en fait sur la cage d'escalier à côté de l'ascenseur et porte coulissante entre espace jour et nuit inutilisable: réveil la nuit si minuterie immeuble activée. PB majeur: chantier important (construction immeuble aquarium) directement au pied de l'immeuble (photos prises) : nuisances sonores très importantes toute la journée de 8h à 17h: pas d'utilisation du balcon terrasse, obligés de fermer la baie vitrée. Nous avons signalé ce chantier à l'agence de location dès notre arrivée et lors de l'état des lieux au départ.
