Perfect vacation rental!!

We booked the condo for one week-4 adults and 2 kids. Very impressed with the condo-it was very spacious, had everything we needed, nicely decorated, great beach & pool views! Seems to be on the quieter end of the beach, which was just fine with us! The poolside snack shop was very convenient with good drinks, food & friendly staff. We were very pleased with our stay, would highly recommend for your PCB stay!

Great condo but too busy

The condo is as advertised. Very nicely kept and decorated. Shower in main bathroom was not cleaned with someone else’s soap with hairs on the soap. Plus there is mildew at the bottom of shower. The pool is really great and view of ocean is spectacular. I like to use a tent to keep sun off but you can’t have it in front of the condo building. So I had to go to the side in front of houses and away from my wife and her sister who were using the beach chairs supplied by the condo. It was so busy that everyone was literally side by side front and back with people you don’t know and have to listen to their music and smell their smoke. As always, The beach is pristine and kept beautiful by PCB. Overall it is a great place but at my age I believe I will find a quieter place to enjoy.

Condo was great, just as described. Everything you might need was provided, the decorations are beautiful. Very easy walk down to beach area and close to local attractions.

We booked this 4th floor but were moved

We book this fourth floor through VRBO and the Condo called us to let us know that it wasn’t available after we had paid. The story we were told was it was sold and they were no longer renting it. We were moved to the 18th floor because that was all that was available and it was so close to our arrival. We hoped it would work out ok. Unfortunately my husband is afraid of heights and had a horrible time. It was not the vacation we signed up for. Now I see that this is still renting and a bit suspicious of how that all happened with our original rental. Our “replacement condo” was not nearly as nice, didn’t come with beach service and was 14 floors higher. Be wary about what you are getting into.

No complaints on the condo. The resort needs to open up the beach access on each end of the resort. We had to do a lot of unnecessary walking because they only had 1 beach access open. When I called the office nobody could tell me why the second one couldn’t be unlocked, all they’d say is “access the beach from the lower access”🤷🏻‍♀️
