Villa next to Award Winning Beach (VT471875A)

The villa is just 80 metres from an award winning, blue-flag beach in Dehesa de Campoamor, walking distance to the famous Cabo Roig strip.

The villa is surrounded by 14 golf courses (many award winning), shopping centres, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, local water sports, beach bars, paddle/tennis and children’s play areas.

It has it's own large, private swimming pool with sun loungers, a BBQ and outdoor dining area, both sunny and shaded terraces with scenic views and more.

We can accommodate smaller parties as well as parties up to 14 people. Child friendly. Please note we only take bookings for a minimum of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday in the months of July and August, and a minimum of 7 days over the Xmas and new year’s period.

We can also recommend a very good chef if you wanted a special meal for a special occasion or even have someone prepare your meals daily.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the air conditioner is off
Make sure all taps are off
Make sure the gas BBQ is thoroughly cleaned or the cleaners charge a 30 euros cleaning fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Swimming in pool not allowed after excess alcohol,swimming alone not permitted.No excessive shouting or swearing.No swimming after 10 pm or before 8am
No more than the permitted amount of people are allowed to visit the house during the stay if the house is being used for parties or other occasions.

myself and my wife are based in Essex,and we found this villa which we fully refurbished,the villa is in an affluent area with private security,it has a large private pool,this area is an oasis along this part of the coast,next to the beach and a ten minute walk to the cabo roig strip,home to many bars and restaurants,there are also some local bars and restaurants nearer if you fancy a short walk along the beach to the marina.
This area has something for everyone,whether it is lively,golf,beach,shopping or just spending long nights on the balcony with a bottle of wine
