The Briar Rose Residence right in the heart of Downtown Breckenridge offers a 5 bedroom main home and a 3 bedroom accessory property. When flexibility of your accommodations is important, this home offers the prefect solution. Just a short drive or walk to either Main St or the Breck Connect gondola (0.4 miles from the house).
Featuring 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms - Sleeps 16 MAXIMUM - per our license.

Enjoy the bright and sunny design of the main house, with open plan living, dining and kitchen, panoramic sliding glass doors that lead out onto the deck. Situated on three levels with commanding views of the 10 mile range the main residence also offers a large family room with pool table, wet bar, large steam room and patio access to the hot tub and gas fire-pit.

If some of your group desires privacy or simply enjoys the notion of having a separate residence for another family, the accessory 'Cottage' has it all. With its own fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining / living space, the accessory chalet is perfect. Two bedrooms on the main level share a full bathroom and the 3rd bedroom is upstairs and is accessed by a spiral staircase. The second full bathroom is adjacent to the upstairs bedroom.

Attention to detail and tasteful decor are what set this residence apart from the masses. Combined with a wonderful location on a generous downtown lot.

A truly exceptional house for company retreat

We had 11 people come to Breck for a few days and could not have imagined a better place to host it. This was the nicest rental house I’ve ever stayed in- great design and layout, an exceptionally well stocked kitchen, and an easy walk to town and activities. We look forward to coming back again soon!

This well appointed house was extremely comfortable for our entire group. We loved having two kitchens which made for ease of keeping everyone happy. The pots/pans/dishes are great for anyone who plans to cook.

We love this house!

This house has everything! Walking distance to Main Street, close to the gondola, big backyard for the kids to play in, close the to sled park (our kids walked even though it was a bit of a distance), well stocked kitchen and lots of space. We love this house and will hope to stay here again soon!

Wonderful Christmas vacation!

Our stay at at Brian rose was exceptional. While we had a large group of 16, the main house was perfect for general get-togethers for all. The house was very clean, and amenities were perfect. Amanda answered our questions immediately both prior to our arrival and while we were in the rental. We would definately recommend this rental.

Lovely home just a short walk from Main Street!

Amanda was a wonderful host for a wonderful property. She helped me through the booking process, and despite some slight miscommunication on both of our parts, actively helped find resolution to a minor inconvenience. The home was more than big enough for our 16 person party, and was quite lovely.

Great house and location!

We stayed here for a corporate event in early March. We rented both houses on the property and had plenty of space for all 9 of us to have separate bedrooms. (The houses could easily fit more with shared bedrooms). Easy walk to Main Street or Gondola! Amanda was great to work with and communicate with. Highly recommend.

Winter wonderland

Had everything one could have asked for or needed. The. Responsiveness of the manager was exemplary. The location was perfect. The main villa with a cottage attached was a wonderful feature as it allowed for a “quiet space” for anyone who needed some quiet time.

Luxary in Breck

Big thank you to Amanda and James! We organized a very last minute weekend for our family to get together in Breckenridge and this home was perfect for the 7 of us. Not ski in/out but walking distance to gondola for our teen/young adults (short drive for me 😀). Well stocked kitchen, hot tub, pool table, and plenty of room to spread out. Easy communication with management and absolutely a delightful stay!

Family Thanksgiving in Breckenridge

Briar Rose house and guest house worked perfect for our group of 11. We had 8 adults and 3 teens (17, 15, 12). There was plenty of room to hang together or spread out if wanted some space. We really liked the location/close to Main Street but it is too far to walk to the gondola in ski boots. Overall - we loved our stay there!!

Amazing place

The property is amazing. We went early ski season knowing there was a chance the snow wouldn’t be worth going up the hill. So glad we booked this property because it alone was worth the trip to Breck with friends and family.

Great Get Together with Friends!

This was the perfect house for a get together with friends for the weekend! The house is incredibly clean, has a location hard to beat, and the entire process was so easy. The property management team made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in with a few restaurants prior to our arrival to ensure they could accommodate a group our size. If you are looking for a large house with unbeatable proximity to town, this is a great place to choose. Everything was exceptional!

"The Briar Rose" Absolutely Stunning

This place is hands down the best place to stay in town. The hosts are just wonderful. The house is in prestine conditions and offers anything anyone could need during a weekend or weekly or longer getaway. Its really close to all the necessities and attractions in town. You literally could not ask for more at this place. Aside from the accommodations the hosts are very responsive and show genuine care for their guests!

Covid Christmas in July

Property is everything that was advertised. Totally exceeded our expectations. First class kitchen made meal prep a breeze. Beds were very comfortable. Bedrooms were spread out so everyone had their space. Comfortable common areas allowed for total group gathering. Conveniently located for walking to all downtown locations. House Manager Amanda and James were excellent to work with, great communicators and quick to follow-up.

This property is even more beautiful in person. More than enough space for both families and several bedrooms not even used. Very comfortable. Super clean and new. Great taste in decor. Convenient location. Management company was so personable and great to work with! Would stay again!! Very happy.
