501 Paradise Ridge - Family Accomodation on Mt Washington

Paradise Ridge is aptly named! This private top floor, open concept, three-bedroom corner condo is perfect for families. Arrive to a clean, spacious suite with all the comforts of home, including: a dining area that seats eight, living room, fully equipped kitchen and private deck. Sleeps six guest comfortably. Enjoy the use of an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna; covered parking, and a ski locker! This condo features beautiful views of Mount Washington and is the perfect place to return to after exploring Mount Washington, Strathcona Park or one of the many beautiful places in the Comox Valley and beyond.

Important information

The Pool, Sauna and Hot Tub are all open during the summer and winter when the ski hill is operating. During the spring and fall just the hot tub and sauna are open for use.

Rates/Additional Information

- The minimum stay is 2 nights

- All posted rates exclude taxes – MRBT (3%) and PST (8%) will be added to the total

- A $250 refundable damage deposit will be added to the total and refunded after check out.

- Cancellations/refunds are not allowed unless the period can be re-booked.

- Pets are not permitted (strata bylaw)

- Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, on the deck or anywhere on the property.

- 2024/25 Holiday Rates:

- December 20, 2024 to January 5, 2025

- February 14/25 to February 16/25

- March 14/25 to April 1/25

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure pool key is hung back up.
Remove recycling from unit
Replace key/fob back in lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time between 10pm and 7am (Strata policy)

Why they chose this property

This property is actually the same one we have rented for years and have always loved it. Its the top floor with amazing views of the ski hill. The building is perfectly located with ski in/out access and walking distance to the village. Our family loves to explore all the hiking trails close by.
