Cedar Ridge: 2BR w/Views Ping Pong & Lvl2 EV Chrgr

Welcome to Cedar Ridge, a spacious first and second-floor suite on Mt. Washington’s Arrowsmith Ridge. This comfortable retreat features two queen bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, and a double Murphy bed in the primary bedroom, accommodating up to six guests (maximum four adults).

The well-equipped kitchen includes brand-new appliances and is stocked with essentials: olive oil, Keurig, ground coffee, hot chocolate, tea, spices, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee creamer, tin foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap, pen, and paper pad. The living area boasts an oversized sectional couch and a 65” smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Downstairs, enjoy a game of ping pong or utilize the double garage for secure storage of bikes, skis, or snowboards. The garage also features both 240V (Level 2) and 120V EV charging outlets—please bring your own cable.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (sorry, no other pets). A crate, bed, and bowls are provided. Please crate your dog when you’re out, and note that guests are responsible for any damage.

Please Note:
• The ground floor entryway and laundry room are shared with owners when they are visiting.
• Garage clearance is 73”—check your vehicle height if you have roof racks or rooftop boxes.
• The driveway has a steep incline—ensure your parking brake is working if you’re not using the garage.
• Snow is common in season. The driveway is plowed regularly, but guests may need to shovel the front landing and garage entrance. Ice melt and shovels are provided.

House Rules:
• We do not rent to guests without a positive review history with their respective booking sites.
• No smoking/vaping on the property. Doing so will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
• No parties or large groups permitted. Only guests on the reservation are permitted at the home.
• Guests are required to provide proof of ID (if not already on file) and sign a guest rental contract. Main rental guest must be at least 25 years of age.
• $500 security deposit taken 48 hours before check-in.

This was a great rental up at Mt. Washington. I was up there with my wife and two kids and the house was perfect. A new build so not as dated as other rental units up at this ski hill. I would recommend this rental.

We had a great stay on the mountain. Chris was responsive any time we needed anything. It is worth driving to the ski hill because even though it’s nearby, the hill climbs are best navigated with a vehicle! We would recommend this spot as a perfect home base - it had everything we needed!

We enjoyed this house very much for our ski week! It was accurate to the listing, spacious with many bathrooms. Very comfortable beds, beautiful view and quiet street. Drive to ski parking lots was easy. Really appreciated the garage parking and had a blast with the ping pong table! Loved that we could bring our family dog with us, big bonus!! Would recommend to anyone!

We stayed here when attending a wedding at Raven Lodge (Mount Washington). Very convenient location close to the resort, clean, well stocked house, pet friendly, responsive host that provided us with a very comprehensive guide to the home and area. Closest stores are 20-30 minute drive so bring supplies or be ready for a small road trip. Beautiful, scenic area. We were busy with wedding activities so didn’t get to use the trails and depending on the season you need to be bear aware, but looks like it would be great for hiking, biking and of course skiing. Thanks for a great stay!

So nice. Perfect few days. Definitely stay at this place if you are coming up in Any Season. So quiet when we went, felt like the only people on the mountain. Inside there is absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Having laundry onsite was a huge bonus as I had been on a camping trip on my way over to the island. The dog crate was luxury for my pup, she has never been in one and jumped right in with the cozy bedding. Host was awesome and quick to answer any questions. Check in and out was super easy. Thanks so much, I will be back!

Beautiful surroundings, well equiped rental

The location was beautiful for an early June stay, plenty of snow and ice still around though melting quickly, and the property has wonderful views out to the forest. It is roughly a 15-20 mins drive from the freeway. The road was a nice drive and provides opportunity to spot elk and bears, and has some nice views down to the ocean. Courtenay is probably a 25 minute drive. The property feels brand new, spacious and is well equiped with the latest modern appliances and the wifi was good throughout the property. The host was super responsive.

Wonderful winter stay

We loved our winter stay at this new house that welcomed our dog. It was as described in the listing. It was great to drive up to a driveway that was clear of all the snow and it was a bonus to be able to park in the garage. The house had all that was needed for a few nights away from home. The dog bed and extra large crate was another bonus for us as we had our family dog with us. The beds are comfortable and there are extra heaters for the rooms if it gets too cold. Communication was great with the rental company and they promised that they would look into repairing the dining room chairs that seemed wobbly and unsafe. (Our only concern.) We would be happy to stay here again for our next trip to Mt Washington.
