The Loft on Saint Émile Street Quebec

Small apartment to have a good time. The complete kitchen and the dishes are waiting for you. There is no stove to cook but you have a convection microwave and an induction hob.
What is very important, you can leave your car at the loft and move to the city center with the bus "800" which passes ten minutes walk from the loft. You will not have to assume the cost of parking around $ 25 a day in the downtown core. (We can go occasional passes available on request for the bus)

I felt welcomed and enjoyed my stay. I was only ten minutes from Old Quebec and five minutes from the Montmorency Waterfalls. Property management was kind and courteous and addressed any questions or concerns quickly.

Great place in lovely location

We were very happy with the location and proximity to downtown & Oldtown areas. Apt. itself was on a nice safe street and area. Very well kept and the host (Alain) was wonderful. There if you needed him but never obtrusive. Bed was firm and comfortable and there was a drug store, grocery (IGA) nearby for all basic needs. Everything just came together so nice. We loved it and certainly return if ever back in Quebec City.

Probably the best property I've ever stayed at

The property was clean, beautiful and well appointed. Alain, the host, was very kind and very helpful. My French is limited but we were able to understand each other. All in all, it was incredible value for the cost. I'd love to return if I have the opportunity to visit Quebec City again.

The loft is an extremely refreshing take on a hotel. Best way I can describe it is, if an Airbnb apartment ended up on Expedia. The price per night for this property is very underrated. I would have payed double for this place. Especially only being a 5 minute drive downtown. Clean to the point of being brand new. This place is a fully furnished apartment and the owner has thought of literally everything. I stay in hotels a lot for work and this place is my favourite place in almost 5 years of coming to Quebec City, multiple times per tourist season. My wife and I won’t look anywhere else then Chantale and Alain’s property, “the loft”. If I had to be picky..... The shower is a bit small, the Apple TV makes you buy everything you try to watch and there’s no handle on the screen door to pull it open. And that’s just being very, very picky. This place is perfect.
