Private pondside retreat in North Lovell - max 8 guests (6 adults), with a private dock, water equipment, and hiking trails right from the driveway.

What a magical place to lose yourself for a few days or a week (or more)! This unique 3 bedroom, 3 level house sits privately nestled in the forest overlooking serene, no-motor Cushman Pond, the perfect summer and fall escape, just 20 minutes from Bridgton and the Fryeburg Fair, and 35 minutes from North Conway's shops and restaurants.

- Max 8 guests / 6 adults ( though the home features 5 queen beds, we cap occupancy to preserve the peaceful, private feel)
- Private dock with canoe, kayak, two paddleboards, pedal boat, and river tubes for floating the pond or the Saco River
- Hiking trails with fantastic views of Pleasant Mountain - trail entry from property’s driveway. There are several excellent hiking trails within the town of Lovell as well.

The Layout

First floor (entry level): Two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Bathroom and laundry on this level. One bedroom has a TV.

Second floor: Open kitchen, living, and dining space with a large private bathroom. Also features a TV, two sofas, a dining table seating 6, and a kitchen island with seating for 5. The 30ft deck overlooks the pond, spans the full level, with ample seating and a grill

Third floor: Dormitory-style with 3 queen beds (all on casters), a seating area, movie projector and screen, digital piano, and plenty of games and puzzles.

Note: while the home has 5 queen beds in total, we cap occupancy at 8 guests (max 6 adults) to keep the space comfortable and private for everyone.

On the Water

This property overlooks serene, no-motor Cushman Pond. A hill with built-in stairs and a boardwalk leads down to your private dock. Use the canoe, kayak, two paddle-boards, and pedal boat right on the pond, or take the included river tubes 15 minutes away to float down the Saco River, at the Canal Bridge entry point in neighboring Fryeburg.
