Our little town is full of hiking and biking trails just minutes from your front door. Easy access to Rampart reservoir or any of the Pikes Peak reservoirs for fishing, kayaking, or just enjoying a day by the water. Woodland Park has a new indoor Aquatic center for swimming laps or taking the kids for a fun day in their water activity center and lazy river. Just 90 minutes from skiing, snowmobiling, white water rafting and so much more.

Our home has radiant floor heating and two wood burning fireplaces to keep you cozy in any weather! We do not have AC due to the high altitude and amazing climate in our area. Just open your windows and enjoy the crisp mountain air!

This home is located in a mountainous region, thus we are considered high altitude. We recommend that guests start hydrating before traveling here and continue to stay very well hydrated to help avoid altitude sickness. Water, water, water!!! (Please use your own discretion when traveling to high altitude areas.)

As of September 2021 the laundry facilities are open for guests. We have large capacity washer and dryer and a utility sink.

*We have a full time renter in the apartment above the garage. There are no shared living spaces in the house, but you may see them in the driveway. They have a private deck and entrance and a designated parking space you will see in the driveway to the right of the stairs. All other space in the driveway is open for guests of the main house*
