Its 4 terraces, private garden and lounge area enable you to enjoy the outdoor life at any time of the day. The villa is equipped with airconditioning, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. The direct beach access allows you to relax or make long beach walks, whatever you prefer. You can enjoy the sun in a cozy and well maintained community (only 9 houses). Whether you choose the community pool or prefer the beach, you won't have to walk far. Shopping and restaurants are nearby and the historic city of Dénia is a 15 minutes drive away.

Denia paradise

Great house and perfect location to enjoy a holiday away from the crowds. The place was perfect for a family with everything you need to have a relaxed holiday. The pool and the frontline beach access were incredible. The host was very attentive and the check in process was very accommodating. Will come back!

Great location right on a beautiful beach

The location a few miles from the centre of Denia, right by the beach couldn’t have been better. The house however needs some fresh paint outside and inside. As a result inside it didn’t feel particularly clean. We enjoyed our stay and the house was well equipped, especially for self catering. There were good supermarkets close by as well as restaurants on the beach.

El apartamento está situada en una zona tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. La playa es genial para niños ya que no cubre enseguida y suele estar bastante tranquila. La casa està muy bien equipada, no se echa nada de menos. Volvería a repetir sin dudarlo.

Casa Ideal para unas vacaciones tranquilas.

Buscábamos un lugar tranquilo y lo encontramos. Fantástica la casa, la dueña muy amable, la ubicación ideal. Fuimos con niños y adolescentes y nos dio mucha libertad los diferentes pisos que tiene la casa. El acceso directo a la playa y a la piscina son ideales. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas.

A wonderful beach frontline house

Perfect in every sense. Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped home away from home. The beach itself is not as crowded as you could expect as it's not in Denia itself but a few miles away. That turned to be a great advantage. Also walking into the sand straight from the garden made our holiday much more enjoyable. The owner was very friendly and always available should we have any questions. The middle floor is ideal for a family with children as there is a two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Highly recommended!

Traumurlaub für 2Familien !!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt und direkt am Strand gelegen. Das Meer ist sehr sauber und der Strand ist ein feiner KieselSandstrand. Die Ferienanlage ist super gepflegt! Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Alter von 10-13.

Great Villa, Great Location

Second time we have stayed, and even better second time around. Two teenage girls with us had a fab time too. Villa is great, well appointed, with all amenities. Pool area is lovely and cool, very well maintained. Beach is on your doorstep - literally. Surf center is nearby and we also did Segway and Kayaking trips booked in nearby Denia Town. Mainly though we just soaked up the sun, swam, ant took a few trips on the bikes which are provided. Would recommend this Villa to anyone!

Lovely Villa, lovely holiday

Villa had everything we needed and we had a great family holiday with friends. Pool is really good - nice and cool after the sunshine. Safe for kids too, with enough adventure on your doorstep to keep older ones happy. Water sports a short walk away too, with restaurants nearby. Supermarkets close as well. Denia, good for shopping and eating out is a short drive, or bike ride away. Wouldn't recommend Oliva. We had fantastic weather, which helps, but we are already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommended.

peaceful location with lots of amenities close by

We had a wonderful stay. The closeness of the beach or the pool meant everybody was kept happy very easily. The beach was clean and safe. Lifeguard in duty and water shallow and safe for the children. Living area and kitchen were well equipped. We didn't use the wifi as we were having a technology detox but both were available. Beds were comfortable and the complex was quite and peaceful at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Perfect get away

Ein nettes Haus mit Sicht auf den Strand (1 min Fußweg) und gemeinschaftlichen Pool in der Anlage. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für 8 Personen braucht. Vor allem die vier Terrassen laden zum chillen und Zum Aperitifen ein. Gelegen zwischen Valencia und Alicante. Wir kommen gerne zurück

When we found this opportunity with its upscale nature in the smallest community development on the Las Marinas beach strip we didn't hesitate for a second. What makes this property unique

You will enjoy the house's terraces and especially it's private lounge with banana trees and bougainvillea. The sun will be welcome early morning but you'll enjoy the shadow during the rest of the day.
