We bought this property because we knew this region through and through. I have been spending all my childhood holidays since 1978 in a house located 2 miles away which had remained in my family's possession until 2002. When we found this opportunity with its upscale nature in the smallest community development on the Las Marinas beach strip we didn't hesitate for a second. What makes this property unique
You will enjoy the house's terraces and especially it's private lounge with banana trees and bougainvillea. The sun will be welcome early morning but you'll enjoy the shadow during the rest of the day.
