Quiet townhome near golf course

This place was in a quiet neighborhood near the golf course. It had a very nice totally private backyard, with wild turkeys! A peaceful retreat in a natural setting away from the busyness of downtown. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great amount of space for our family, and our kids enjoyed running around out back. Clean property, and host was responsive when we had questions. We did have to request check-in instructions as they hadn't been sent yet by the day before. King bed on main floor is very, very firm and uncomfortable.

I love the location of this condo. It’s close to town, but far enough away to be scenic and quiet. It’s elevated above the valley right on the golf course. Beautiful. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and all the amenities you need. Great.

Needed a place near another group that we meet up with annually. This condo was right across the parking lot from them. Quiet area. Not too far to town. Had a garage to put our tools and extra parts for security. Parking for the tow rigs out on the street. Great Spot

Decent stay

A short drive to Arches National Park which was very convenient. Didn’t have any problems with ants or spiders. The property was pretty clean. The condo does have a weird smell which was a little off putting but we didn’t spend a ton of time in it.

Weekend getaway to moab

Great location and cozy place to stay for a weekend. Very quiet neighborhood but will definitely need to drive to access any of Moab. Biggest complaint was the lack of communication and clarity with check-in. Was provided no info on how to access the unit and had to reach out to management.

There were check in instructions in the confirmation email we sent you when you made the reservation, and we also added them to VRBO under Access Instructions. We apologize if you found check in to be difficult. We encourage guests to know the check in procedure before arrival and have everything they need ready. Then if there are any questions, we can answer them before you arrive. When you did reach out, we tried to be prompt and respond to you as quickly as we could. We are happy you enjoyed your stay though!!

Not great for OHV crowd

The actual condo was fine (though the master bathroom sink didn’t flow). We brought our side by sides and needed parking for two trucks and trailers. There was a place on the street for our tow rigs but only because there were no other trucks & trailers. There was only parking for 2 rigs on the street

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The refrigerator made ice which we appreciated too. This is an end unit so the patio was roomy, it backed up to the golf course, and was more private.
