Clean, well equipped property with a garage for storing bikes or other toys. Quiet location with good access to trails or town. Good parking for a few vehicles but can get tight if neighbors all driving big trucks. Would choose this one again.
Location is in a quiet area 5 min south of Moab - a lot less ATV noise here. Condo is roomy, well stocked and reasonably clean.
Two items on the minus side:
The master bed mattress is sagging big time and does not provide support. It's ready to be replaced.
The vertical blinds to the back patio are also falling apart. Some are literally held on with bandaids. 3 of the slats immediately fell off the 1st time we opened them, then another at some point. This is a pretty cheap and easy thing to fix.
Great 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, no one above you and both bedrooms are upstairs. Master bedroom has a nice view of the ridge/mountains/mesa/whatever-you-call-that-out-here and is very large. Kitchen is well laid out. I think maybe I'll move in...
We usually camp but my brought my parents out to experience the beauty of Moab. 10 minutes to the center of town, 15 to Arches National Park or Sand Flats Recreation area. Nice views of the La Sal Mountains. Everything was clean and easy about our stay. The beds were comfortable the showers were hot. The kitchen was well stocked. Only thing that could have made it better was a Hot tub after hiking around all day! Would definitely recommend staying here.
This was a great place for us to stay and had everything we needed. It was clean and the location was very quiet. We would stay here again if given the chance!
Very nice place for a stay in Moab. The unit was clean and quiet. It would be nice if they upgraded the living room furniture that is pretty worn it in all a nice place. Grilling on the patio was a big plus and the area is perfect.
We had a great trip down to Moab for our children’s bike race. The condo was clean and had what we needed. I would stay here again.
My only negative is that the pull out couch is not comfortable at all. My teens chose to sleep on the floor vs the mattress on that couch. We spent very little time in the unit so it wasn’t a huge deal to us. The master is large enough that if I were to stay again I’d bring a blow up mattress and put it in that room or even in the smaller room.
Great place, bigger than we thought it would be. Everything is labeled. And it had everything we needed.
If you are going to Arches you must reserve your time through the National Parks or you won’t be able to get in until after 5 PM
My friend and I loved this adorable townhouse! It was larger than I thought it would be and had an amazing view from the back patio of a large mesa. It backs up to a golf course so it was quiet and just 3 miles from downtown made all the commuting quick. We would come back in a heartbeat, loved your place!
A little dated, but clean. Provided a lot within the condo (dishes, utensils, paper towels, pool towels; etc.) and that's always helpful and nice. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. I would recommend new blinds in the kitchen area for those who sleep on the sleeper sofa. You can't close them all the way and it lets in a lot of light. Not to mention privacy issues.
Very close to everything: downtown Moab, restaurants, groceries, Arches and Canyonlands. Very quiet property too.
I contacted the property manager twice, through VRBO, about check in because we had not gotten instructions. I finally just called when we hadn't heard from them at check in time and they said it was sent with my confirmation. I obviously had not gotten my confirmation or I wouldn't have been trying to reach them. Besides that, everything was good and I would recommend staying here.
This condo was the perfect location to see Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse during our three-day stay in Moab. It's located about 10 minutes from the city center at most and easily accessible from the main road. My kids enjoyed the pool one day and we even sat in the back patio and enjoyed our dinner one night while watching the sunset.
Some of the towels need to be replaced as they're fraying and becoming very thin but as there were only four of us we found others in the closet. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the washer dryer being full size was a huge bonus as we had dusty, dirty clothes almost everyday after hiking.
All in all I would recommend this to any of my friends or family as the perfect location to get out of town and very spacious for what we needed.
This townhouse was well stocked with everything. It was clean and everything was a short distance away. Property also includes a pool.
It was plenty of space for us 3 and a lot of mountain bike trails close by. We had a lot of fun
This condo is wonderful! We loved everything about it including the slightly out of town location. The condo was clean, nicely decorated (loved the floors), tons of space, 2 bathrooms, and everything you could need in the kitchen. We used the washer and dryer and it worked great! We will absolutely stay here whenever we are lucky enough to travel to Moab!
The property was clean and well maintained. Checking in and out was simple and easy. The pool was clean. An FYI, we brought two young children it was not very kid friendly. No games, a play n' go, or anything similar.
