If you love to be near water and find it relaxing this unit is for you. Come enjoy water views from all sides. Over looking the intracoastal waterway , with a 1 minute walk to the beautiful gulf beach. Large pool for your enjoyment, if not a beach person. Large 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with all the amenities of home. Fully equipped large kitchen. Enjoy your meals and morning coffee on the large balcony over looking the water. Assigned parking under building with plenty of guest parking. Cable TV's in every room with Netflix and Prime or if you like to fish there is a private dock out back.

Enjoyable!

This unit is located across Gulf Dr from the beach, in a quiet complex with on site heated pool and hottub. Unit itself was spacious and roomy, had all the essential amenities and comforts of home. Owner was prompt with communication and gave space to enjoy our time at his place. Highly recommend!

Lovely spacious condo

Better than photos. Spacious. Super clean and comfortable. Pool was great. Across from beach. Very quiet area. Owner was nice and quick to respond. We had a couple of issues right away and he did his best to get them fixed quickly. Recommend for 2 couples or adults with grown kids. Not best for little kids IMO. (Although we saw a couple during our time there- mainly adults). We had a little dog - lots of dogs on property. Small potty areas available. Recommend!
