Neo-Provençal house in a residential area 250 meters from the sea, equipped with linen, convenient to services and shops, 150 meters. supermarket, equipped with chairs and beach towels, car park inside beach games, cot and high chair for baby. Outdoors we have created an area where you can have lunch and dinner with fabulous barbecues.

Perfect location

Property is located a short distance from beach front. Secured behind a gated entrance. Location wise it’s perfect. Easy access to supermarkets and local restaurants. Property is excellent. We were a family of 4 staying for 2 weeks and could not fault it.

Good choice

This is a comfortable house with lots of helpful touches. Everything worked well, 500m from the sea and supplies. A car is necessary for the elderly, and parking horrendous in the general area.

Excellent setting for Family vacation

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at this lovely place. It is large enough for families (we have 3 children). The patio was used for our breakfast where we enjoyed the time outside. To the beach it is only a 5 minute walk down the road. For food and other items there are stores nearby. We were also enjoying to use the grill very often. The owners are very nice and informed us already before our visit with everything we needed to know. Even our rather large car fit perfectly on the property and we didn't have to use it too much. We had a wonderful time and recommend the place very much.

Magnifique villa et son jardin méditerranéen

Nous avons passé 4 semaines dans la villa de Claudia et Rossella. Très confortable et super équipée. Le jardin est magnifique. La situation est géniale à 5 minutes de la plage et des commerces alimentaires. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner l’année prochaine.

Truly fantastic time in Juan-les-Pins!

Truly enjoyed our stay in Juan-les-Pins. Only 5 mins walk from the sea, lovely space for the two of us plus our 6 year old Boxer dog. The house is very well equipped and comfortable - really couldn't ask for more and would love to return! Claudia and her daughter were great!

Beautiful house and yard close to the beach and restaurants

We were group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers and enjoyed our holiday in this apartment a lot! We had enough space for everyone (3 bedrooms) and the patio was perfect for eating, bbq and for children to play. Yard was also safe for the children. Grocery stores and restaurants and beach are close, but at the house there is possibility to relax in own privacy. There is lao so much to see in the area and possibility to travel by train to Nice, Monaco, Cannes etc... Owners are warm-hearted people and made us feel welcome!

Charmante villa confortable et très bien située

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa bien équipée, idéalement située, très pratique avec des enfants, disposant d'un petit jardin clos et d'une belle terrasse. Plage à 300 mètres et commerces à proximité. Beau barbecue pour les grillades. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau volontiers

Confortable et agréable

Jolie maison avec petit jardin agréable malgré un vis à vis avec un immeuble proche. Au calme et proche des plages. Intérieur confortable malgré des Équipements (Sdb et électroménager) et du linge de bains vieillissants bonne literie et volets électriques. Propriétaires sympathiques.
