Summary:
Completely renovated and remodeled house in downtown historic Englewood area. Experience "Old Florida" at it's finest in this quiet setting. The Villa is located in residential neighborhood. You can enjoy the comforts inside this completely renovated unit or relax outside on our back patio adjacent to the spacious backyard.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath property comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. For a larger group, consider renting our accompanying Englewood Cottage, as well. Perfect for larger groups (10-14) and family reunions.

Located just minutes from shops and restaurants of Dearborn Street. Just two miles from the magnificent beaches of Manasota Key.

The Villa is ideal for boaters and fishermen! We are just a half mile from the Sunrise boat ramp and park at Lemon Bay. Our large driveway will accommodate multiple cars and your boat trailers. There are multiple other public boat ramp facilities 4 minutes north and south of the property.

We accommodate pets (please inquire to get your pet(s) approved). We charge a pet fee (per pet, per stay). Please note the yard is shared with our other rental property Englewood Cottage and is mostly fenced in but there are some openings close to the Villa.

The Villa features a brand new kitchen, bathroom, windows, floor and central air conditioning. Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. It is located in quiet neighborhood with large fenced in yard.

The Living Room and Family Room have 43" smart TVs. Free WIFI and cable TV.

The kitchen has all you need to prepare food and drinks as well as all dining wares and utensils. Also included in kitchen: dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. There is a clothes washer and dryer is also included on the property.

The Villa is fully stocked with all necessary bed linens and blankets. We have a Greco Pack n Play and Booster Seat for your young children. There is central air conditioning and ceiling fans are located in the living area and each of the three bedrooms. Free hi speed wifi is included.

Perfect getaway!

This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for a week. We had three adults, each in separate rooms. We enjoyed the large backyard and we even rode the bicycles to the grocery. Just a few minutes to a nice quiet beach at Stump Pass State Park. I would definitely stay here again.

Englewood Villa

The house was spacious and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. They even left coffee for us. Towels were big and fluffy not threadbare like some. Bikes and corn home were also available. Overall it was a great house that had everything needed.

The perfect house in an incredible location!

What a gem we found in Englewood! This house was beautifully decorated and more equipped than any rental we have ever had. Anything we could even think of needing was already there including an abundance of towels and beach supplies! The house also really lends itself to guests coming and going and sharing the space with us. The master bedroom and bath are secluded, and along with a second living room area, our guests had their own space and didn’t feel intrusive. A huge backyard with shaded tables and a gas grill really came in handy for the barbecue party that we held for local friends and family. The house is located directly between Beach Road and Deerborn Street - about 2 miles to each. Beach road takes you over the bridge to the magical Manasota key where there is a great free public beach with yoga every morning and even a sundown drum circle at night. There are four great restaurants on the Key with live music that starts at lunch and goes past dinner! If that’s not enough at one end of the key there is even a great state park with more beaches and hiking areas. Back on the mainland, in the other direction of the house is Englewood’s Dearborn Street, where there is great restaurants also with live music and fun events pretty much every weekend. We were able to attend an awesome seafood and music festival while we were there. Every Thursday there’s a huge market day on Dearborn with fresh produce, craft vendors, and of course more music. We had such an incredible time and this house was so awesome that we are planning on spending two months at this property next year!!! Thank you to the managers of this villa!

Great beach house

I rented the house for many more guests that weren’t able to join us but the stay was great. There would have been enough room for everyone that I rented for. Will definite rent again!

Great house and location

We loved this house and the location of it. The house was clean and had so much space! It was so close to the beaches and any store or restaurant we wanted to go to. It was quick and easy to check in and we hope to stay there again in the future!

Thanksgiving 2020

Fantastic home for our Thanksgiving vacation! Plenty of room for the 7 of us plus 2 dogs. Ample seating, beds, huge kitchen, updated appliances and bathrooms. Laundry on site was great. Fishing poles and beach items available. Outdoor seating with covered patio was much appreciated. The only "negative " is that the backyard is not fully fenced in, which is not the best if you have dogs. Other than that, we were very pleased and we'll be back again!!

About 5 minutes from the beach. Grocery stores are close. Big backyard with corn hole boards. On site laundry is very convenient. Highly recommend

Lovely rental

My family and I had a really nice weekend here at the property. House is very nice love the colors inside the home. Very clean every easy to find and all directions were clear. Backyard is huge for kids to play and run. We utilized the laundry room which made everything so much easier. Beds are very comfy! Well stocked with supplies you need while staying here. We love this house; Hope to return!!!!

Clean and updated. Only a few miles to the ocean/beaches. The house had lots of space! Updated and comfortable. Established neighborhood with friendly people. Walked our dog twice a day around the area. Onsite laundry was perfect and we used it a lot. Owner/operator checked on us the first day to see if we had any issues. Had contact numbers for any concerns. Lock code on door great for check in but also for the other adults in my family to have access as we came and went.

Great place for a larger group

This was a great place for our family. Lots of common spaces to gather. Very close to beaches with a great supply of beach gear. The home has been nicely renovated. Would love to return again soon!
