About this property

The "SANTACRUZ epicenter" has a small but very nice garden with Jacuzzi, sea view, views of the Franciscan Friars convent, Santa Cruz neighborhood and part of the Agua de Pau mountain range.

It is fully equipped with what you need for your comfort. The decoration is sober and the indirect lighting creates a romantic and very cozy atmosphere. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, has a toilet and kitchen with all necessary appliances and crockery.

It is situated in a closed condominium, with covered parking space and remote controlled gate. The surroundings are very safe and quiet, far from the bustle of the city, in a bucolic and inspiring environment.

The town of LAGOA is geographically situated in the center of the amazing island of S. Miguel, the most exuberant of the nine islands that make up one of the most beautiful volcanic archipelagos in the world: the AZORES!

Für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet

Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Lage (auf der Insel) und eine schöne Aussicht, zusätzlich super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Leider hatten wir für den Preis mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, es waren noch viele Haare der Vormieter in der Wohnung, in der Dusche war ein wenig Schimmel, Handtücher und Tassen mussten wir selbst vor Benutzung nochmal reinigen. In der direkten Nachbarschaft werden einige Hunde in Zwingern gehalten, die die ganze Nacht bellen. Ab 5 Uhr fängt zusätzlich ein Hahn an zu krähen.

Fantastisk utsikt och en underbar Jacuzzi

Trevlig lägenhet med en härlig ljussättning både inne och ute i trädgården. Det mesta man behöver finns och den var välstädad när vi kom. Vi tillbringade mesta tiden i trädgården och Jacuzzin, ljuvligt att sitta där med ett glas vin eller öl och se ut över Atlanten. Vi bodde en vecka och hade ingen bil men det är relativt nära till affärer och även de minsta "minimercados" har ett utbud som räcker långt. Det går bra att ta sig runt på ön med buss när man lärt sig hur det fungerar. Vi använde oss mycket av Google Maps och via vägbeskrivning med buss kunde vi se hållplatserna och klickade på dem så kom busstider och busslinjer fram.

Spitzenmäßiges Apartment in toller Lage. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der sich toll gekümmert hat. Das Apartment wurde echt super sauber übergeben und alle nötigen Sachen (Selbst Toilettenartikel) waren vorhanden.Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.- Great apartment in a super location. Nice and dedicated owner who took care in an outstanding way. The apartment was super clean ans all necessary things were there (including soap and toiletries). Thanks for this outstanding time.

Este local é perfeito para relaxar, descansar e usufruir do melhor que uma acomodação possa ter, depois dos dias a explorar a beleza da ilha de São Miguel. Está bem localizado, sendo um excelente ponto de partida para conhecer toda a ilha. Sentimo-nos mais do que em casa, quer pelo cuidado e atenção do anfitrião, quer pela maravilhosa e pormenorizada decoração e equipamentos completos. Sentimo-nos em férias pela fantástica vista e comodidades, como o jacuzzi, o bonito jardim e limpeza perfetos. Recomendo vivamente! Tornou a experiência da minha visita aos Açores ainda mais especial! Sem dúvida, ao nível da beleza e encanto da ilha! Grata!

Sehr gute Ausstattung. Gartenholzmöbel hätten einen neuen Anstrich verdient - geht aber auch so. Zwei Sonnenliegen für den Garten wären noch angenehm.

Tranquil retreat

It was obvious by the apartment's décor and cleanliness that the owner takes great pride in taking care of his guests. We were met on arrival and Nuno went through the apartment with us. He responded immediately when we had a small technical problem with the television and checked in on us to ensure everything was fine. We did not have a vehicle but managed quite well on the bus..to Ponta Delgada, Furnas and surrounding areas. The hot tub was a great asset and spent every evening with a glass of wine, watching the stars. The views over the Atlantic, the old Franciscan monastery and rural fields, complete with cows, are peaceful. Without a car, be prepared to walk for restaurants and groceries (up to 1/2 hour each way). No problem for us as we enjoy exploring the local streets. One slight improvement that could be made is perhaps a lounge chair or two in the yard to enjoy the sun. We will definitely stay here if / when we return to the Azores.
