The Benton MacKaye hiking trail is within a short walk of your rustic, cabin and when you return, soak in the large hot tub under the stars as the water flows by, or enjoy a drink while overlooking the water from the wraparound deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch. As one of Sliding Rock Cabins' private cabins, Riverhouse Retreat is nested on 4 ACRES of deeply wooded forest in the North Georgia Mountains and is a perfect romantic getaway. Main floor: 1 king bedroom & 1 bath with shower/tub combo. Upstairs loft has open king bedroom, and bathroom with tub/shower combo. FENCED yard off gated decks, screened porch, woodburning fireplace, firepit. PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW.

Access: Access to this cabin is via gravel, mountain roads. 4 wheel drive is not required, confidence in mountain driving is recommended.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up.
