On the heights and secluded, this 3000m2 haven of peace has all the assets to make you forget this terrible history of virus by enjoying the luxury of the villa, its beautiful swimming pool, this green landscape with sublime charm and its view of the great blue: If you want to isolate yourself, this is the perfect place! The layout and location of the villa allow you to spend a holiday that suits you!
Indeed, if you are rather sociable and want to meet people, eat in good restaurants, swim at the sea and go shopping, the center of Sanary is only 10 minutes from the villa.
So, whether to cut you off from the world or to share a more sociable holiday, this villa will make you happy!
Inside, everything is luxurious, in a mix of modernity and tradition. The blue lagoon pool measuring 12.5 x 5m and secured gives a view of the pine forest and the sea. In spring, poppies, valerian, borage, flowering thyme, wild iris, golden broom. In summer, tall ships sail in front of you. The house is located in the heart of the most famous Bandolese vineyard: Terrebrune. We speak of the white wine of Terrebrune as the best in the world.
We access this beautiful villa by a small steep path, melted in the landscape but that sends some small jolts to the finish for the low cars... Do not worry, it is a small access road of only 100m!
At 4.5 km from the center, the port of Sanary is lively all year round. The Wednesday market, which is the most important, was voted the most beautiful market in France by TF1’s 1 pm newspaper in 2018. You will find daily seasonal fruits and vegetables, flowers, etc... . Flea markets, open-air concerts, night markets every summer. From Marseille to Saint-Tropez you easily reach the most popular tourist places in the world: the Castellet circuit, the Porquerolles islands, Port-Cros and the Levant east of Sanary on the sea to the exceptional Calanques de Cassis in the west.
Sanary is ideally located to enjoy all activities for all ages and tastes in all seasons.

Incredible place!

Our weeks stay here was paradise. The whole property is stunning. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. The views are breathtaking. Definitely will be back!

Lovely holiday home with great view

The House is beautifullly decorated and works really well. We were two families travelling together with both younger kids and teenagers, all loved the place, and with five bedrooms in different parts of the house there is some privacy while enjoying time together. Apart from the pool and table tennis, the area also works well for small hikes also accessible for kids. One point to note is that one has to drive to restaurants, shopping etc, and the last part of the road is a bit steep. Last but not least, the hosts, Bernard and Catherine are really very friendly and attentive hosts. We hope to visit again😊

Magnifiques vacances. Veritable havre de paix

Nous avons passĂ© 10 jours de rĂȘve dans un vĂ©ritable havre de paix. Impeccable accueil avec de dĂ©licates attentions. Villa Superbe, bien agencĂ©e, confortable, trĂšs propre et fonctionnelle. TrĂšs belle et grande piscine, chaises confortables, plancha pour des BBQ en toute sĂ©curitĂ©. Maintenance digne d'un 5 etoiles. Excellente experience ! Avoir une voiture est impĂ©rative et la route pour arriver au lieu-dit est 'roots' . Mais on resigne des deux mains des demain ! Bravo et merci aux propriĂ©taires !! Bravo Ă  Abritel pour cette belle experience !! Je pense que l'annonce pourrait encore ĂȘtre upgradĂ©e car la rĂ©alitĂ© Ă©tait encore meilleure que la promesse.

Une maison qui se gagne a l’issue d’un chemin de terre qui nous a d’abord effrayes avant de devenir un defi quotidien que nous etions fiers de relever. A l'intĂ©rieur, un tres grand volume, des espaces ou s’asseoir ou s’allonger, une invitation a ralentir et a se reposer. Dehors la vue est magnifique, l’air vivifiant, on est a la campagne, avec la mer au loin qui nous rappelle pourquoi nous sommes venus. Pres de la terrasse ou nous dejeunons tous les jours, il y a un magnifique figuier aux fruits delicieux, un peu plus bas la piscine, a la fois pres de la maison et suffisamment loin pour que le bruit des jeux d’eau de nos fils ne vienne pas gĂȘner notre quietude. Une cuisine parfaitement equipee, un barbecue bien positionne, nous avons cuisine des recettes d’ici et d’ailleurs cherchant l’inspiration dans les epices, les herbes, la fraicheur des fruits et legumes d’une delicate Ă©picerie bio (olei nature) situĂ©e a 8’ en voiture. Merci aux proprietaires et aux intendants (Monique et Franck) pour leur gentillesse et leur attention tout au long du sejour.

Superbe séjour au calme avec vue magnifique

La maison est un vĂ©ritable havre de paix. Elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Les fenĂȘtres Ă  l'Ă©tage sont Ă©quipĂ©es de moustiquaires ce qui est vraiment apprĂ©ciable. La maison est vraiment grande ce qui permet de ne pas se marcher sur les pieds. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  10 personnes. PropretĂ© irrĂ©prochable. Un seul bĂ©mol l'accĂšs trĂšs escarpĂ© vers la maison. Le chemin est par endroit difficilement praticable et la voiture est indispensable pour les dĂ©placements. Au final, nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour et nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able et reposante dans cette magnifique maison ! L’endroit est juste incroyable , la vue Ă  couper le souffle et d’un calme reposant. TrĂšs belle villa avec une trĂšs belle vue sur l'arriĂšre-pays et la mer

TrÚs belle villa dans les hauteurs de Sanary sur mer avec une trÚs belle vue sur l'arriÚre-pays et la baie de six fours les plages et bandol. TrÚs tranquille et à 10 minutes du centre et de la plage. Belle piscine. Belle terrasse et plancha extérieur. Maison bien aménagée et entretenue. Un peu sombre à l'intérieur et climatisation reversible au sol un peu juste en cas de fortes chaleurs. AccÚs difficile si voiture basse. Une belle découverte.

Very lovely Villa

We spent one terrific week with friends and their kids (4 adults, 6 kids altogether) in La belle bleue. Starting off with an extremely warm welcome, we had a really great time away from the city troubles (8 minutes drive to run errands, 10-15 to drive „down town“) and a lovely view over the bay (the pictures aren’t fake at all). Broad variety of activities in the region possible, staying in with the kids also no problem. We would happily come back any time

TrĂšs belle villa!

Une villa superbe! Nous Ă©tions sept adultes et deux enfants et on Ă©tait tous trĂšs contents. La vue de la terrasse est extraordinaire. La villa est vraiment propre et bien nettoyĂ©e, meublĂ©e avec goĂ»t. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour cuisiner et avec grand plaisir dĂźner sur la terrasse, c’est qu’on a fait tous les soirs. La villa est spacieuse et la piscine trĂšs belle et propre. En plus les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs sympathiques et trĂšs accueillants. Les personnes sur place serviable pendant tout le la semaine, et surtout pour notre arrivĂ©, on a eu un retardement. TrĂšs bon accueil! J’aimerais bien retourner l’étĂ© prochain!

Wunderbares Haus

La Belle Bleue ist ein perfektes Feriendomizil fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit Familie/Freunden in SĂŒdfrankreich. Das Anwesen liegt wunderschön am Hang mit tollen Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, wurde wohl zwischenzeitlich renoviert, ohne dass die Bilder erneuert wurden. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet. Die Raumaufteilung perfekt. Die Wohnhalle beeindruckend und großzĂŒgig. Ich hoffe, dass ich mal wieder dort hinkomme.

Un petit coin de paradis pour un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve

PerchĂ©e sur la pinĂšde, cette villa baigne dans son jus provençal et offre Ă  toute une tribu des vacances de rĂȘve... Le temps s'arrĂȘte, la vue est juste splendide, la villa est vraiment cosy et invite au repos. Tout a Ă©tĂ© pensĂ© pour passer un bon sĂ©jour, les hĂŽtes sont accueillants et chaleureux. La villa est propre et bien entretenue. Je recommande +++ et reviendrai avec grand plaisir en Ă©tĂ© comme en hiver.

GroßzĂŒgige Villa mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben mit zwei Familien einen wundervollen und sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist großzĂŒgig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche ist vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet, ein Gasgrill ist vorhanden. Zu loben ist auch der wirklich große Pool. Am besten ist aber der Platz auf der Terrasse, von der aus man einen wundervollen Ausblick auf Bucht, Inseln und Lagune hat. Die Abwicklung und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war total unkomplizert und sehr sympathisch. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr!

Nous avons passĂ© un week-end prolongĂ© entre amis. La villa, fidĂšle aux photos, est spacieuse avec des prestations de qualitĂ© et bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'une belle vue sur la baie de Sanary. Sa situation gĂ©ographique permet d'ĂȘtre au calme tout en Ă©tant Ă  quelques minutes de Sanary et Bandol. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs sympathiques et ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs arrangeants. 5 Ă©toiles sans hĂ©sitation !
