Lakefront condo in Osage Beach!
Unit 623 is located off of KK @ The Knolls, a quiet resort nested in a heavily wooded peninsula on the 22mm of the Lake of the Ozarks
Feel at home in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront condo. Our nicely furnished condo, is truly a home away from home! Relax and unwind on the private covered deck while looking out to the swim dock and watching the kids swim. Enjoy cooking a home cooked meal in our well stocked kitchen. (there are charcoal grills up by the pool area for your use as well.) Rest peacefully in our spacious bedrooms (master bedroom has one queen bed, guest bedroom has two queen beds) Also, a Graco pack 'n play is provided in the guest bedroom closet. There are TVs in both bedrooms plus the living room, all equip with cable. You will find family games in the cabinet in the living room. Linens/bath towels are provided. (Make sure you pack your own beach towels!!!)
Enjoy resort amenities year-round! The Clubhouse has an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and game room. Located just outside the Clubhouse is a beautiful outdoor pool area. The complex also has indoor and outdoor tennis courts, fitness room, and a boat ramp on site. Foyer closet has a basketball, tennis rackets, and tennis balls for your use during your stay! Just PLEASE put back for the next visitors!
We additionally have a 10 x 24 boat slip that can be rented for an additional charge during your stay.

About the host
Hosted by Scott & Karie Westerfeld
We have been married for 27 years, and have 4 kids. We have our own construction and design business as well as rental property in St. Charles, MO. We do remodeling full time and also work on the family farm. We love to be outside and enjoy everything about the lake. We purchased @ The Knolls after staying here at some friends unit. This is the best of both worlds for us as a great investment but also a great getaway for our family. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do!
