Just walk across the street and you are at sandy Wells Beach!!

House features two front decks and two back decks, parking for 5 cars, three bedrooms plus sleep space in the raised basement, one full bath and two half baths, washer/dryer, chef's kitchen with jenn-air appliances and six burner stove top, central air, wifi, and cable. Kitchen features all you need for cooking/dining.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets and beach towels.

Wonderful location, wonderful host!

We have been going to Wells for many years and this was by far the best location. Easy walking distance to the beach, plenty of parking, and easy access to mile road for getting back up to route 1. Annie was very attentive to one issue we had and resolved it very quickly. We hope to stay there again next summer.

Good location

Slow road, safe feeling and very close to the beach. This strip on wells allows for easy close to home entertainment. Hannafords grocery is accessible without getting back on main drag. Plenty of beach supplies and entertainment. More beds than we expected, the fold put in the main bedroom was nice as our son moved from the bunk to our room. Nice little decks. Owner was very attentive

Everything you need for a great vacation at Wells. Location to beach is great. Outdoor shower is a huge plus. Stocked shed with chairs, umbrellas & toys Well equipped kitchen, comfy couch, smart tvs is a huge plus! Annie is very responsive to messages. Would love to rent here again. Definitely recommend this property

Great Location to the beach.

We had a great relaxing vacation here. The house has everything you need to cook meals if you prefer. The walk to the beach is literally two houses down & across the street and your at Public Way #4. There is plenty of beach area to stay during high tide. The patio on the back of the house is nice to relax in shade early day with a breeze. Both patios on the front of the house you can see the ocean. There are 3 tvs and they are all roku which was really nice. There's an outdoor shower and hose on one side of the house. The hose made it easy to rinse off the beach chairs before putting them away in the fully stocked shed. Everything you need is there. including boards games & puzzles. We enjoyed our time here and Annie was very easy to get in touch with. Hoping to rent again next year.

Awesome beach getaway

We stayed here last minute and totally lucked out! The house is close to the beach and even has great ocean views! We loved the outdoor spaces and the downstairs sleeping room for the kids! The house has great ventilation and lots of room to hang out on the main floor. We will definitely try to stay here again! Thanks so much!

House has wonderful views of the ocean! Wells beach is only steps away. We opened the windows or sat on the decks and it was so beautiful. The sound of the ocean is wonderful and you can't beat the ocean breezes on a summer day through the many windows of this house. Very large house. Had great WiFi. Easy to connect our phones to. This house would be great for families with kids. Large kitchen and also a grill. We mostly ate out though. So much great seafood in Maine! Annie was readily available to answer any questions we had. I texted. Access to the property was easy. No issues. Having a washer and dryer is great, as was having beach chairs available at the house for the beach. As far as things near the house. There is a Hannaford grocery store right down the main road near the house. Check out the little chocolate shop right in the Hannaford plaza, R&R Chocolate. It was a bit hidden in the corner of the plaza, but they serve deli/sub sandwiches and they were so good. Try the thanksgiving sandwich. So delicious. There are seafood restaurants everywhere. If you like lobster check out the fried lobster tails at Fox's Lobster House near the Nubble Lighthouse. They are a definite splurge for lobster lovers! And it's beautiful near the lighthouse. Such a great house and a great area! You'll love it!

Thank you for sharing your house. We had a wonderful week! 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee and evenings on the back deck watching the sunset over the marsh. Thank you. Would certainly stay here again!
