Welcome, to Hollow Pines Estates, this vacation home is a spacious , fun home in Bend's South East side quiet neighborhood. Only 3.3 miles to downtown and the Old Mill District. Yet conveniently located next to nearby eateries and Pilot Butte State Park . With plenty of outdoor activities located a stone throw away.
This fabulous home has an open floor plan with high ceilings, two stories fully furnished for comfort. Plenty of windows providing a warm natural lighting atmosphere. A large open kitchen and dinning room . Each floor has a gas fireplace to cozy up to and relax. This home is ideal for 2 families, an extended family get away with kids , or 4 couples. Raised three boys in this home, lots of fun things to do with them in the area. Park close by on Reed-market rd.

This vacation home has a lovely Master Suite , graces the first floor, king size bed with a private bath , jet tub . The upstairs has a large room with sofa futon and a Queen Bed , with a fold out bed in the closet. This room has a walk in closet set up with children play items. A second and third bedroom is furnished with comfortable Queen beds and sitting chairs.
This open floor plan ideally melds the living, kitchen and dining room areas. High vaulted ceilings and windows create a light, spacious, pleasing aesthetics with comfort. The gorgeous kitchen is fully stocked and beautifully appointed,dining room table that seats 12 when add extra bench . The dinning-room has a sliding door giving easy access for outdoor grilling.

Enjoy your time in the yard sitting by the fire-pit, viewing the flowered landscape, listening to the surrounding aspen trees, at night gazing at the stars.
For 4th of July the home is situated that one can watch the fireworks from the yard.
Lots of near by winter and summer fun! Enjoy skiing at Mt Bachelor or Hoodoo . Lots of bike and walking trails just minutes away . This home is perfect for family’s or adult gathering .area

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put game items , floats back in bins . Put all furniture pillows nic nacks back to original Location .Clean grills if used .
Please put towels through wash and put in dryer load sheets in wash and wash while towels are drying . Cleaning attendant will move sheets to dryer.

ck out:Remove perishable food from refrigerator before leaving. Empty all garbage cans. Thurs morning garbage cans go on curbside for pick up.
Please leave all items as found return everything in the proper place such as the dishes wash them and put them back in the cabinet.

Great location

Bend Oasis

We were in Bend for a family wedding. We had multiple aged kids and adults who needed their own space. We had the perfect number of rooms, plus the amazing backyard and porch to spread out. The kitchen is lovely and robustly stocked. What a fabulous stay!

House was in quiet and nice neighborhood. It was a quick drive to downtown and Old Mill areas. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and spices. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Great weekend getaway

My group and I were looking for a weekend getaway in Bend from the rain in Portland and Dorothy’s place was perfect! Super accommodating and had so many extras, like: floats in the garage, fire pit in the back and wine in the fridge! Thanks for the great stay and would love to come back in the winter!

Lovely Home away from Home

Wonderful property

This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in bend for a wedding. We came from out of town and had never been in the area before. The place was perfect for seven adults (bathrooms and open space)

This was an ideal stay. Dorothy’s home is in great condition and well equipped. The access to river rafts and yard toys was an awesome bonus. The neighborhood is peaceful and charming. And Dorothy is a terrific host, very responsive and easy to coordinate with.

We Plan to Return!

The home was in a very nice neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. It has a very nice yard for kids and an outdoor cooking area. The house has plenty of supplies to keep everyone happy. The host, Dorothy, is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located Bend home.

Golf trip

The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all appropriate items for full use. Only minor issue was a noise from the A/C (furnace in garage) when the blower shuts off - most noticeable at night in the upstairs bedroom above the garage. The neighborhood was quiet. We would recommend staying here.

Originally from New Jersey, presently living in Portland I was fortunate to live in this home for many years to raise my sons . Spending time in Bend was amazing for the family with all the out door activities and healthy living. The restaurants are tantalizing to ones palate Now I am able to share it with others.

The neighbors are friendly with a verity of ages , we look after each other’s homes . The neighborhood is kept up well, and it is close to stores and restaurants. It has a very safe feeling and comfortable to walk around anytime of the day.

What makes this property unique

This property has a beautiful yard in the spring and summertime to enjoy the garden. The home is very cozy in the cool months with its Fireplace.
