Convenient location
Property is well maintained, very comfortable and within a block or two of three excellent bakeries/coffee shops. Easy drive to UW and to restaurants in Green Lake area. Very pleasant quiet neighborhood - we preferred over a downtown hotel.

Trip to Seattle
We were in town for our cousins Senior recital. The home is in our family’s neighborhood, so it made it very convenient to visit with them and then retire to our own space. The neighborhood has many great breakfast and lunch spots as well. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay and location in the Seattle area.
Cozy house in a great area. Lots of cafes and services within walking distance. Kitchen has everything for your cooking needs. Was clean and had all the basics you need for a stay.
Great for a family to stay
My family and I had a great stay. The place was spotless, the location was perfect, and we were very comfortable. The heaters in the bedrooms didn't seem to work, but it didn't really affect us. We'd be happy to stay there again in the future.

Darling House in Charming Neighborhood
So many extra touches in this cute little house. I loved the modern and clean appliances in the kitchen, the canvas prints on the walls, the books and games for use, and the restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We stayed right after Halloween and the neighborhood houses were decorated and festive with fall colors everywhere. Our family had a great UW homecoming weekend!

Great!
Beautiful, older home with updates in a cute neighborhood. It was nice to be so close (walkable for those who enjoy walking places) to a tasty pizza spot down the road, donuts down around the corner, a grocery store, and even Seattle Children’s for our appointments. The kids loved the small rooms/beds upstairs, our bed/room was very comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for a relaxing evening on the deck and a place for kids to play safely. Highly recommended by our family!
Really nice lower level master suite. Well-appointed kitchen. Very comfortable home in a cute neighborhood. We had a plumbing issue, and service showed up pretty quickly. Didn't have the parts, and stores were closed, so he came back the next day and... Problem solved. Easy checkout. Overall, really good experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Douglas. We apologize for the plumbing issue you encountered during your stay and for any inconvenience it may have caused. We appreciate you notifying our local staff and that they were able to quickly resolve the issue. We look forward to hosting you again.
Very charming cottage with plenty of room in a convenient location for all of the Seattle area attractions. However, it should be noted that while the listing says the upstairs can get “warm” due to no air conditioning, it is actually HOT at 95+—our children had to sleep on the floor downstairs as it was unbearable. Rather disappointing to pay for 4 beds but only have 2 that are usable, especially when the problem could easily be solved by adding small window AC units.
This was an amazing Vrbo! The house was so cute and clean. The owners thought of everything. They even had a binder with near by take out places and parks. They had operational visual instructions to everything. We could walk to Starbucks, a bakery, and Safeway. The bedroom in basement has a king bed and beautiful bathroom. Very private. The floor level has a nice queen bed near a bathroom. Upstairs is perfect for kids with two twin beds in attic space. I am an adult but I fit up there just had to watch my head when I stood up, lol. Will definetly stay here again!
We loved this house!! It was so clean and charming and had everything we needed for our stay. It was around the corner from a bakery/coffee shop and a donut shop. There were a couple grocery stores close by as well. We also enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evening!

Great Stay at Birch Tree Cottage!
We were very happy with our stay at Birch Tree Cottage!
Check-In/Out was a breeze, and the location was super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We just jumped on I-5 which was very close by and that got us anywhere we wanted. We also loved that it was just a short walk from a really great coffee shop which we went to each morning.
We felt that this was a very safe area to stay in, and also really appreciated the off-street parking.
The unit had plenty of space, was cute and comfortable, and was very well-stocked to meet all our needs. We would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Great place to stay!
Birch Tree was cute, nicely updated, and clean. We are a family of 4, 3 adults and a teen. Everyone had their own space and it was a great location to relax after a full day of sight seeing. Quiet neighborhood! Our kids enjoyed running the hills in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute Cottage
Overall, we were super happy with the Birch Tree Cottage. It’s a super cute place, near lots of shops and restaurants, and easy access to highways to get around anywhere in Seattle. The only issue we had was that the TV was on the fritz and there were no garbage bags so we could not take the trash out. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Seattle.
Great location north or downtown Seattle. Our kids loved the loft beds. The dedicated parking spot, laundry, and WiFi put it over the top for us! Would definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage
Very cute home, nicely furnished and clean. Walkable neighborhood. Close to grocery store, bakeries, and close to I-5 which takes you everywhere. Nicely accommodates 4 in two bedrooms but upstairs room with two twin beds is pretty much unusable due to the heat with no a/c up there. Would be ok in cooler months probably. Loved sitting out on back deck and enjoying the trees and flowers and hummingbirds.

Relaxing Stay in a Great Neighborhood
Very comfortable cottage with excellent use of space. We particularly enjoyed the back deck and the short walk through the very pleasant neighborhood to Starbucks.
