Enjoy the outdoor deck and BBQ, or dine in the fully stocked kitchen. Play ping pong or pool in the game room, or snuggle up for a movie in the TV room. Relax in the hot tub after a full day wandering around all that Ballard has to offer. A 15 minute walk to Old Ballard Ave provides you with a myriad of restaurants, bars, music venues, boutiques and a movie theater. Absolutely lovely house. So comfortable, very clean, everything you could possibly need while staying. Rooms are well appointed, bathrooms terrific, game room a blast, tv/ sleeping room downstairs great. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you could need to make a fantastic meal, or even an espresso drink in the morning or use the grill out on the lovely back deck overlooking the backyard and hot tub area. Special touches like cozy blankets if you get chilly were on the couches, a welcome chalkboard in kitchen were very nice touches. The house is close to so much, a great neighborhood coffee shop walking distance from house, super close to main area of Ballard, which has tons of bars, restaurants and nice shops.. Very family friendly home, would highly recommend this property! Host was very fast and very accommodating with and questions or concerns I had. Thanks so much and hope to stay in Ballard again soon.

We had an amazing time staying in this Ballard home. The house had everything we could need and more, and the neighborhood was amazing. We enjoyed walking to the Ballard farmer’s market and to Golden Gardens Park. Colleen was a great host! Highly recommend staying here.
