Quaint Cozy Cottage Guest House with pool for 2, dogs OK, golf course

This is our Guest House in the back yard of our home where we live. It was fully renovated 2 years ago and has a full kitchenette and bathroom. We have off street parking. 4 miles from Clearwater Beach. We have lived in the neighborhood for 30 years and it's great. Your small or medium size dog is welcome! Yard fully walled. Very private. Large pool available to guests. No smoking on the property.

Excellent Cottage Get Away

Mike and his wife Carol were both very nice. The cottage was in a great location and fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It was very clean and welcoming. Loved the central location and it was easy to get to everything. Our every need was addressed in this small but quaint pool house. Our dog loved the fenced yard and playing in the yard. Our hosts were exceptional and the neighborhood was great! We would look at this property again.

I almost dont want to give a good review, dont want others finding this gem. This place was perfect for me and my dog Baxter. Baxter loved walking around the neighborhood and playing with Huey, the host dog. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The guest house was clean, furnished with the basics. Close to beaches, restaurants, and ball stadium. Baxter and I are making plans for next year.

Very relaxing stay in a quiet residential setting.

Mike and Carrol were friendly and helpful. Our small dog enjoyed the enclosed back yard. Cottage was furnished very cutely and had all the amenities we needed.

Florida Vacation 2020

The owners Mike and Carol are both very pleasant, welcoming hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed. The cosy, private, self contained unit, with ease of access from parking was a welcome inclusion. No long trecs to the vehicle! Great location, neighbourhood with easy access to beaches, shopping and cuisine choices galore to suit any tastes. The unit was well supplied with almost everything required. (Toaster was a bit of a challenge! L.O.L.) Looking for something different than the Hotel experience, this little gem is definitely worth checking out! Well done , Thanks Folks, Dave and Cindy
