Remodeled condo - Just moments from downtown and the river! STR-097

Welcome to the Corner Condo in BV! This unit is newly remodeled, freshly updated, and close to everything! It is located just one block off of charming Main Street and three blocks from the Arkansas River, but that's just in town! To the west are the Collegiate Peaks, the Chalk Cliffs, and hundreds of miles of hiking!

The condo has a two bedroom, one bath floor plan with a spacious kitchen and large windows from which one can see mountains and the top of the old courthouse.

It’s a first floor unit and parking is right outside the front door - so there are no stairs to navigate. There is a queen sized bed in both bedrooms. There is also a twin mattress for a small fifth person. Feel free to bring an air mattress along if you prefer. We ask that you please let us know the exact number of people that will be staying with a maximum of 5.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your use. There’s a washer/dryer with soap in the condo at no additional charge. WiFi is available along with a streaming tv (streaming cable is available). There is a small table & chairs for your outdoor dining.

Great location

Very nice condo with everything you need. You can walk to the main street for dinner. The hiking/biking trails are also walking distance. The large public park is right there too.

Partially remodeled condo

Great location with walkability to Main Street. This condo has a nicely remodeled kitchen, but still has work to be done in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay, however the lack of air conditioning made hanging out during the day and sleeping at night a bit uncomfortable. The internet connection was spotty, making it impossible to watch more than 15 minutes of TV at a time without loosing connection.

Clean and modern with easy access

Perfect location and setting!

Walkable to all of the amazing restaurants, shops and hiking! Having a car to drive was just a formality because we seriously were able to walk to 99% of our destinations. The condo was so cute and clean! It had everything we needed!

Perfect!

We just need a place for a quick getaway and The Corner Condo was perfect. Just as advertised and nicely updated. The location is awesome. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the river! Loved it. Only thing I would change is low water pressure in the bathroom sink, but hardly worth mentioning. Water pressure was great everywhere else. Thank you so much!

Beautiful, clean and great area.

We had such a wonderful girls weekend away! The unit was beautifully furnished, everything was like new. Beds were very comfortable and owned quick to reply to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

It was very nice! Everything you could think of was provided, even new appliances such a washer and dryer. It felt like home. I only had a couple of concerns: the bathtub was so clean that it was very slippery and I almost fell trying to get in it; the dryer tumbled the clothes, but it the heating element didn't work and I had a load of wet clothes the next morning when we were traveling. Even with these hiccups, the accommodations were so nice and location was so convenient we would stay there again.

Close to everything in BV.

Loved the location and easy access from the parking lot. We booked really last minute (in the parking lot after checking out the area) and Kirsten (and Carol the manager) got us in the same day. The condo was clean and had nice appliances. Only thing to note is the absence of A/C in the unit meant we had to sleep with the windows open and fans for a breeze. The unit would stay pretty cool throughout the day closed up and was not uncomfortable even with 90 degree outside temps. If it wasn’t hot when we were there, I don’t think we would have noticed. We just like it cold for sleeping. All in all, a great place to stay in BV.
