This two-bedroom, second floor condo has all new furnishings, and it offers an optimal view of Mt. Princeton. It’s located a short walk from both the quaint, old Buena Vista Main Street and the very new, upscale South Main where you'll find more shopping, great restaurants, and oftentimes in the warmer weather, live music on the green.
Located near the heart of Buena Vista, the condo is just a short walk to various options for both eating and being entertained. It is also just minutes away from the Arkansas River, Barbara Whipple Trail, a skate park, and other beautiful parks. Main Street offers many quaint shops, specialty bars and taverns, and even a splash park, and since Buena Vista is a destination for various festivals and a hometown rodeo, be sure to go if you’re visiting then!
Within a few minutes by vehicle, you can reach the North Cottonwood Trailhead for hiking or biking on the Colorado Trail. There are also several whitewater rafting companies who navigate the waters of the Arkansas River, or you can launch your own kayak at the town put-in and test your skills at the whitewater play park. Also within minutes, there are two world-renowned geothermal hot springs, both with additional amenities. And if you’re visiting in the winter, you’re only about 40 minutes from great skiing at Monarch Mountain or Ski Cooper.
There are multiple opportunities for hiking, biking, horseback riding, rafting, kayaking, shopping, dining, nightlife entertainment… and just relaxing. And best of all, KJ’s Princeton View condo offers a comfortable, contemporary place to call home while you’re visiting Buena Vista!
There is one assigned parking spot to the condo, with several free spots available on a first come basis. Additional parking is available on Cedar St and just down the street at the community center. RV's and campers have parking at the community center, or at the end of S Main St, just past Black Burro Bikes. STR-246.
