The house (surface 150 m2 approximately) comprises on the ground floor: the kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster) open onto a spacious living room (television), a utility room (equipped with a washing machine, freezer, gas, fan oven) a sleeping area with 1 bedroom (160x190 bed), 1 bathroom, separate wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140x190 and 160 x 190 beds), one with television, a bathroom, separate WC, mezzanine with convertible sofa. The exterior of the house gives access to the garage (space for 1 car) on one side and a spacious terrace on the other with views of Montignac. Outside, wooded grounds with on the terrace (shaded by an electric blind) table, chairs, deckchairs.
