This historic home is located in the small town of Petersburg, Kentucky just five miles from the Creation Museum. It is a great place to enjoy the great outdoors with a large yard and a very nice patio and front porch.
This house features spacious rooms great for families and entertaining. The living room and three of the bedrooms have a flat screen television and a DVD player with Netflix available. There is also free wifi and a kitchen with all of the amenities from home. This is a perfect house for a great getaway!

We come here every year for the Cincinnati Bookstore Crawl. We enjoy the location near the Ohio River and the quiet neighborhood. The house is well stocked and there’s plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

We had the best experience staying at the home in Petersburg, Ky. Check in was very easy. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was very clean. The Host was quick to communicate and friendly. Close to the Creation Museum.It was an excellent value and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I live in Petersburg with our two children and choose to make this quiet little town our home. This is a great advantage to our customers because we are so close. We can easily help you out with any of your needs and answer any questions.
We reside in the “Berkshire house” which was constructed around 1928 from the Brick of the old distillery building. Dan’s family has lived in Petersburg for 5 generations, so needless to say we are vested in our community. When traveling ourselves, we often stay in a vacation rental.
