The host was very responsive and extremely helpful. Our family loved Piney Hill cabin! They thought of everything we would need- the cabin was warm and inviting and we will definitely stay here again!
Everything about this house was great! From the check in, cleanliness to location! Quiet street; tucked back, we felt like the only ones around! House had everything we needed, more than enough space! Easy access to town and restaurants. Great communication by the owners!! We would def stay again!

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
The cabin was very nice, the picture makes it look like you really don't have neighbors and its more secluded, this is not the case. The cabin is located is a neighborhood.
This property worked well for our family of 5 for our 4th of July weekend in Grand Lake. The inside was clean and set up thoughtfully, with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. I wish I knew in advance that it's not a particularly scenic spot, situated on a residential dirt road where many of the properties are filled with trailers and stored boats and dumpsters. But after having spent time in the area, I realize that's the case in many areas near town. Overall, we were happy with our stay and thought it was a good value, particularly for a popular holiday weekend. The proximity to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park were convenient, and Beth was very responsive and helpful with a minor issue we had.
