Welcome to Montrose and welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom featuring updated furnishings- and sleeps 8 people.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of own only minutes from the Bridges Golf Course. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi garden tub and separate shower. The home has two additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom.

The beautiful backyard is fenced with outdoor living space. The home also has central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a two-car garage available for use for guests.

Short stay in Montrose - this was a base for a trip to Ouray and it checked the boxes. Kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood safe to walk around.

We had a great time at your property. Everything was a good experience. The only thing that would have been better is one more bathroom as we had 6 adults, but 3 beds 3 baths is hard to find in your area. But I would recommend this property to my friends and family.

Pre-hunting accommodations

Very nice, clean house in a nice neighborhood close to town. Plenty of beds for our group, nice kitchen and living room for socializing. Worked out great to allow us to get ready for our upcoming hunting trip. Hope to be back again next year.
