POSHPADZ-Poolside Villa Walk to Jupiter Beach

All of the surfaces in our POSHPADZ Properties are cleaned with Anti-virus cleaners which kill 99.9% of viruses for 24 hours. Our brand-new luxury Poolside Villa is a first floor with elevator 2 king bed 2 bath unit with large private balcony screened overlooking the Jupiter Bay Pool. Carlin Beach Park is a short 2-minute walk which is located just across from Jupiter Beach. Sleeper sofa is in the living room. The community offers a heated pool, tennis courts, and racquetball court. Short walk to the beach from unit. POSHPADZ Easy Walk to Beach, Shops & Restaurants Please note: all POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags. There is a 12 cup drip and a Keurig Coffee maker. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony!

There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed. POSHPADZ does not take responsibility for the cost of towing.
All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to check no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.

Enjoyed our stay in Jupiter! Property was very clean, updated, and centrally located! Took walks to the beach many mornings. House was well stocked with everything you need. Would recommend a full length mirror and new beach chairs. Pool was so convenient and quiet.

Fabulous host in a very nice condo

The host was fabulous. Timely, accurate, and responsive. Condo is in an old building but the unit appears brand new with all of the amenities, furniture, etc. Extremely convenient location with easy access to shops, restaurant, beach, the intercoastal, etc. Highly recommend.
