This is a SMOKE-FREE and PET- FREE home centrally located in the Rogue Valley, easy access to the airport, downtown Medford and local shopping. Convenient location for enjoying all four seasons – very close to wineries (40+), museums (20+), many local attractions such as river rafting, zip-lining, fishing, hiking, skiing, the US Cellular baseball and soccer fields plus many local parks, golfing venues and excellent local restaurants. Very short drive to Ashland (Shakespeare Festival) and Jacksonville (Britt Music & Arts Festival) and a great home base for famous national landmarks such as Crater Lake, the Redwoods and the Pacific Coast.
